I have ordered mine today as I have been looking for an entry level rock crawler for quite some time but never wanted to pay a lot.

This HSP Radio Controlled car seems to be getting really good write ups and reviews online, they have apparently appeared from China and are beating some of the other makes in terms of sales and what you get for your money.

There is even a video on youtube which shows you how to convert this car to a 1/5th scale rock crawler for under £40

NOTE : This is not a fast radio controlled car the clue is in the name "Crawler" it crawls that's what's its supposed to do!

Here is an example of this crawler if any of you crawler fans want to see it in action..

A savage is a speed basher, I have two (One Nitro on Flux) a rock crawler is something very different. Not to mention over 4 times the price.

The Maverick Scout is a better crawler in terms of build quality and part support (HPI), as well as being cheaper. It's of a smaller size than this monster, and with driveshafts instead of MOA (motor on axles). I've heard this one needs axles reinforcement. ukrcrc.co.uk is a good forum for help and info.

Looks really slow to me...

Peeps remember you are rating the cost of the RC crawler not comparing it to other Radio Controlled cars!
I cannot find a better 1/8th scale Crawler for the cost.

If you can find a 1/8th scale non driveshaft 2 motor RC 2.4ghz crawler for better price than this please let me know as I would be interested in buying one as well.
