Are these trade prices? Do I need to be a 'trader' to purchase them?

I've had a quick look about the site. There's no mention of it being for trade customers only. There is a page where you can apply for a trade account but going by reviews and what the website says I'd say both trade and general public customers are welcome
These are some cheap radiators, anybody used these before and know what there like?
Heat added
If your ok with dents, scratches and in the norm 'used / returned items' then brooklyn trading is the shop for you

Have you ever bought from this company? I have used them and found the service to be as good as any of the big DIY retailers. Simply order and wait for delivery great service.
Yes i had a big order of blinds and a lot of diy items, most of the items delivered came used/open and ALL 9 of the blinds had scratches and dents.
All the paint tins had dents, packets / boxes ripped or open and so on
So you order at your own risk and if you ask them to replace any of the items 'as we did' you have NO chance at all that they will

You don't have to be a trade customer to purchase from Brooklyn Trading
I've ordered radiators from them before (they were Myson brand). They came packaged with protective cardboard on the edges and wrapped in plastic/cellophane just like ones I have bought from other retailers. No dents or scratches on the 3 we received.
One radiator arrived without the bleed valves and when I emailed them they said they would send some out. They actually sent me a replacement radiator (with bleed valves).
Hot.....
It's a retail shop just outside Manchester .it's full of end of line discontinued stock .Some bargains to be had last time I looked but a lot of diy stuff is more expensive than toolstation and screwfix .If buying online you will have usual redress on damaged faulty goods.
I have used them multiple times. Have to agree that it is a little bit hit and miss. I have received the right and perfedtky good items, the wrong items and damaged items. They have replaced before now without quibble. However, some of those items were damaged as well. Saying that, for the very cheap price I was willing to run the risk.
So, overal message is; bit hit and miss, they will replace where necessary, maybe not buy if you are in a hurry to fit, very cheap prices.
It might be worth knowing that Screwfix are giving away a free thermostatic radiator valve and lockshield with every Kudox radiator including their £20 radiator.
Radiators are New. Shipping seems to be the issue with dents etc but great service. I continue to use.
