Hugo Boss suits from £198 delivered with code @Van Mildert

Hugo Boss suits are up to 50% off at this site which I'd never heard of before but is part of Sports Direct seemingly.

Extra 20% off suits with code "NEWSUIT".

Also 5% Quidco, which is another £9.60 back on the cheapest (£192) suit = £188.40
Pretty damn good for a Boss suit I think.

Other brands also available: Calvin Klein, Paul Smith, DKNY.

I've bought a few to try on at home and I'll return whichever I don't want. There are a fair selection of sizes available I think, I'm a 40 which I think is averagish.

Hope this helps someone.
I'm sure this saving would have annoyed Hitler.

With suits you generally take 6 off the size to determine the trouser waist. So a 40 will come with 34w trousers for example.

There are several on sale, TCB hasn't been tracking consistently for me recently so I've been going with Quidco... My cashback for this site has tracked within an hour.

Yeah and transferring to Tesco clubcard! I just had to file a bunch of claims and got bored of it, people say clear cookies or whatever but I cba and Quidco just works..

Not bad I guess, although Hugo Boss has dubious pedigree.

Thanks for the find. Won't buy now but site bookmarked. Heat

Yes but is it a bargain

Two bought. Discovering the hotukdeals website has cost me a fortune!!

Van Mildert operates in the North East. Didn't realise it was owned by Sports Direct. More money for Cashley.

Do you think the 1930's HB staff should have refused to design for the Third Reich based on a moral objection? What if they might have been taken out and shot if they did?

If an anti-Royal or a Labour supporter is offered a lot of money to tailor a suit for Prince William or David Cameron, do you think they take the money and do the job, or decline it?

Is anyone working at HB now in 2014, somehow responsible for clothing the Nazis? Maybe they regret that history.

If we go with your point, nobody in the UK should drive Mercedes.

People focus on brand names too much. I've got a Calvin Klein suit and the quality is pants, excuse the pun.

All these designer brands do make high quality gear, but don't expect to get it for under £200. You're better off buying a quality suit from the likes of Slaters - for this kind of money you'll get a really nice suit and not something with a designer label stuck on it for show.

Couldn't agree more another idiot getting on the Russel brand band wagon as he travelled to the agent in a Mercedes car.Another brand associated with the nazis, along with bmw, vi the lost goes on.Did those people have a fair choice not to provide products for Hitler and his crew? I doubt it.I for one buy lots of hugo boss clothing for the quality and price and never can I fault it.Great deal just hope there's some big lad sizes left

Agreed - the suits at that price look poor actually, not sure if it's just how they've taken the pictures?

Lighten up. Did I say don't buy the deal? All I mentioned was dubious pedigree. It appears the shop has the same dubious pedigree as other posters have mentioned it's owner also owns sports direct. I apologise for sharing a bit of knowledge that not every knows about, but glad you spent time to put me straight!

Totally agree; far better to go to TM Lewin or Charles Tyrwhitt at this price-point. There's no information on whether these suits are 100% wool, and there's no option for a short or long option.

I agree, that's why I went to my local department store during the day yesterday to try a few Boss suits on and get my size the 34w trousers with the 40 were a little loose and the guy even said they have 2 inches of material or whatever there to be taken in.
I will be trying them on at home and returning the ones I don't want.

You can't compare the quality of Hugo Boss and Calvin Klein. CK is one of those brands that made it big then started cashing in by churning out cheap crap.

The guy in the shop also said the likes of Boss suits weren't really for daily wear, there was another brand in there I hadn't heard of that was thicker and he said that was more a daily suit, if you're a suit, so you may be right about TM Lewin or Charles Tyrwhitt for that kind of use. Guy in the shop said you buy Boss etc. suits for occasional wear because they look good cut-wise and the material is high quality. I'm pretty sure they will be wool.

No, but if the "SS" brand name is for sale, I'm sure he'll buy the brand ;o)

Kalvin Klein and Hugo Boss are on different levels. I tried on and liked quiet a few Hugo Boss. Just the price was a bit high so settled for M&S

Not a problem, it's funny (_;)

£20 from Asda, suits me fine

Where do you put in the voucher and are there any codes on shoes

I wish suits came with 2 pairs of trousers.

I've thrown out a ton of jackets.

Some of the DKNY Suits appear to have Italian sizes listed for them. So if you order a '46' you'll be getting something more akin to a 36" Chest.

Example: vanmildert.com/dkn…403

can someone with some suit expertise link me a few good suits to go to weddings (I've got a few to attend summer). Preferably I'd like something grey

HUGO BOSS - If you are 5"6 or under, stay away. In our eyes you do not exist lol

You can't argue with style.

Not a patch on the same branded suits from as near back as the 1990s / early 2000s. Cheap construction nowadays.

No Hugo Boss suits available now.

I have a few Hugo Boss suits and I would be very wary of buying before trying - the sizes may add up but they have a very aggressive "rise" - basically can feel like you've got cheese wire up your jacksy whilst waistband struggles to cover your hip bones. I actually bought a suit from Hugo Boss on Friday and having picked 4 identical sizes to try on, each were quite different fitting.

Another tip is, if there is a button hole on the lapel then it means it is an even more fitted one

I bought one these Hugo Boss suits, however I was very disappointed when it arrived without a suit cover or the suit hanger. I regularly buy suits online and I am always provided with both these items whenever I buy a good suit. I would expect that a suit with an original value of around £500 would be provided with at least a suit cover and hanger.

I submitted a complaint but no further action was taken. Very disappointed by the purchase and by the customer service. It will be my first and last purchase from Van Mildert and I cannot recommend them.

I sympathise. Only two of my suits came with hangars and no covers either. I also complained about the covers and although the girl who answered was extremely polite and apologetic, they can't supply them.
I'm returning the others because only one is really nice, I think the lack of covers is grounds for returns at their expense if you wanted to but the discount mitigated that somewhat for me.
