They are the "99" ones - each one weighs about 8-9g so 4 of these = 1 full size flake (near enough). It's like buying 36 full size flakes for £3. Under 8p each.

I can confirm when I arrived this morning at 8.55 (store opens at 9) there were 12 people in the queue outside. The boxes of Flakes were sold out by 9.45 apparently. I managed to get a box for me and one for my brother (there were limits of 2 boxes per customer).A great deal, expiry date on boxes is 1/4/18. Better get myself on the treadmill...........
I think there will be a queue in the morning at this shop. Heat from me I wish we had one x

Not sure designs have changed that much these days, but all of the school kids wear trainers similar to this.


Trainers provide better support. I have an injury and have been seeing physiotherapist who suggested that for the time being I wear trainers at work because they provide better natural support as opposed to hard shoes.
