There are various frozen kebabs like this available. Microwaving them is the worst way to heat them up. Fry up some onions (generous amount of oil) in a wok and then chop a few of the kebabs (defrosted) into 2-3 pieces. Add them into the wok and cook until kebabs are brown (10 mins approx) - add chilli flakes and fresh coriander at the end. You'll be amazed at how much better they taste! (edited)
