I don't use it as there are only 3 takeaways showing in my area and they are all Indian

It has to be new customers only new email and new card if previously ordered. I placed my order at 8 with no problem

your link didn't confirm the deal!! just opened up a window to their website?!
I've set up new account and am using new card and no discount applied.
I'm sure as heck not going to put in an order for full price only in the hope that the discount will be applied AFTER it charges me!

sorry, but this discount should be expired

I hate the fact you can't see food hygiene ratings on this site. I've ordered before become ill later looking on food standards site to find the place had a very poor rating

its a joke of a rating system. the inspection are arranged - so plenty of opportunity to clean up.
Even if they fail, they get a 2nd & 3rd chance.

I buy meat from a butchers that has a 1 star rating - reason it is 1 star? because it is an arbitour butchers.
I would rather buy from that 1 star place where the cattle is slaughtered & graded, where the farm name of the cattle & bread is displayed, than from a supermarket where the cattle could come from anywhere.... and thats if its cattle at all.

Is this offer still on? does it work on mobile phone? can't see owt? also nowt when searched just eat in google?

Google

Get the Android app (Scoresonthedoors). Links in with the Government Health Ratings site and tells you the ratings of all restaurants around you via GPS, or by searching a restaurant / town by name in an instant!.

Highly recommended - I use it all the time. Im guessing there is a similar app for apply devices too if you have that!

Just a small word of warning. Sites like HH are a bit misleading imo.

Main reason I say this is because I've had some absolutely awful food delivered from random local takeaways ordered via HH, ones that had highly positive reviews, and when I've left a negative review which described exactly what was wrong with the food (one Chinese takeaway delivered me food that was very clearly days old, horribly oily, overcooked beyond all edibility, etc) and the service (one restaurant delivered 2 hours 35 minutes after I had ordered at 8pm), HH refused to publish the negative reviews stating that to avoid being sued they had a responsibility to ensure only "fair" reviews were left for their partners. Which was really cheeky of them given that I simply stated what was wrong with the food and didn't go into hyperbole.

Given that I know some pretty bad local restaurants/takeaways are on sites like HH and JustEat (as they have the stickers plastered in the window), and that when I look them up on these sites I see nothing but generally 5/5 reviews, I'm pretty sure this "fairness" policy they have is essentially a filter aimed at reducing the volume of negative reviews that are probably left.

So lesson is, don't for one second believe the reviews on these sites when deciding who to order from. It's not impartial like tripadvisor. Naturally HH and Just Eat and other middle man agents like them are acting in their own interests by filtering out a percentage of negative reviews to give a slanted perception of their partner providers.
