Take their phones off them and turn off the WiFi, sit back and marvel at the new forms of entertainment they discover...fact.
I would buy it, if I could find somewhere to put it
This looks like a real quality piece, and would be an amazing buy for the people who have room in their man cave

There’s only one bad review, and that is some idiot moaning that they didn’t receive it in 3 days in the immediate run up to Christmas. Some people are so special...

Ugh. Literally no space for this joys of living in a 18th century cottage
Got 20% off with a new credit customer code, which more than covered the 6.99 delivery charge. Awesome, thanks!

There’s a folding one on Argos, problem solved
Admittedly it’s not on offer at the moment (it was when we bought it) but having spent an hour building it last night I can certainly vouch for the quality.

That’s sad to hear. Limit them to 1 hour personal screen time a day? Always been the rule in my house and works no questions asked.

We also share family screen time separate to the 1 hour and that is strictly everyone together watching eg a movie, with no phones etc. allowed.

We have the folding one from Argos (although the previous colour model with blue field). One of the rods broke where the players are screwed through. Does anyone have this version from Very / Littlewoods - is it robust? Research suggests the Garlando models are more like the real deal (although the F5 is nearer £200 than £50) and would last a long time with enthusiastic play. The Hy-Pro sets seem to be rated more like a toy for kids. Anyone who knows have any thoughts?
It’s a toy at £50 squid but a dammed fine toy. Guessing plenty of gaming to be done before it breaks. Have a small 3ft table top and thinking of upping the game
Have recently bought a hy-pro air hockey table, it is fantastic value for money, but would be better suited to the play room than the man cave. £50-60 only goes so far.

Big difference in the sturdiness between the two. I can assure you that.
Ordered. Thanks

OOS 😩
If you have this at work, but you're are better than your boss at this, what's the acceptable etiquette - for instance, let them win (yes man / career advancements), or just play on? (Radical transparency can be good sometimes). Does it depend on if they're competitive or a good loser? Probably overthinking.
