Is this a real paid for app????

If it is I'm making one to remind people to go to the toilet
As clear as, well, water.

An app to tell me not only when I AM thirsty but when I WAS thirsty.

just carry water around with you. you'll instinctively sip on it when slightly dehydrated
no need for this modern day app tapping and logging business. just one admin bit too far, unless you need it for something: i.e. specific number for medical reasons/athlete etc.

As daft as it sounds, I'm one of those who just isn't in the habit of drinking water even if it's in front of me on my desk. I tend to wait until I'm parched by which time I'm obviously already dehydrated. I'll give this a try.
No good for me as I'm more likely to forget my phone than drink water.

I usually drink around 3.5ltr per day. One good method for remembering to drink is to do so after you've peed.
Now if I can just get an app to tell me which order I need to move my legs to ambulate.
Is it left, left, left?

Try roller skates.
People that need reminding to drink water really shouldn't exist, those genes should have been removed from history by previous generations that didn't have a phone to remind them to drink and they'd drop dead. That's really how evolution should work.

However, I am looking forward to the breathing app.

(I expect a full barrage of reasons why this app is useful)

I, and many others, need to drink a minimum amount of water per day for medical reasons, as you suggested. Different amounts for each patient and medical reason. I find this kind of app useful to help me avoid having to gulp down a lot of water later in the day and then not getting enough sleep.
