Voucher “Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer”
It they can combine, that’s like £29 a month for 1 Gbps, difficult to believe. Hyperoptic is being very annoying on giving any discount.

This offer is from voucherclouds not from Hyperoptic itself. So I believe it is not conjunction with any other offer.

I also used a refferal from someone and I got an email saying that we will both get £25 off from bill. Which makes my first month bill £5.80 even if I dont get £65 voucher

What makes you think its unreal
Unfortunately not available in my neighbourhood.
So, I'm guessing this is for new customers again?
Can't get this here, I assume it's only major cities?

So, I'm guessing this is for new customers again?

Unfortunately yes. Just tried to get it on live chat as an existing customer but no luck.
I clicked on the voucher cloud link and this came up for me (£25.40 for 150mb with Anytime Calls and Broadband 12m).

I contacted Hyperoptic via Twitter and this was their response:

39485423.jpg39485423.jpg39485423-JvW3d.jpgSo, I'm presuming that if I chose the new contract, my existing monthly rolling contract will therefore becomes void, and will automatically be on the new contract paying £25.40 instead of £33.00. Am I correct?

This is an email confirmation from Voucher Cloud:

Shall I contact them to see if they will offer a better deal, or just go with this one?

you can try they might give you a better deal on the phone.

I was getting £3 less offer over the phone a month ago.

Even in Major Cities they're very selective. In London no one in my street can get HyperOptic. It seems they are only targeting apartment blocks and high rise buildings rather than houses and flats.

Yeah which is really annoying, 6 months ago their website stated HyperOptic was coming to my street. I checked again last month as Fibre was up for renewal and now HyperOptic are no longer coming to my street .
So, I went on live chat and was told by Nikola Milanovic that the plans offered on the site is for new customers only, and they do not have anything cheaper than that. She said she can cancel my account that I have them them, but 30 days notice is required after which point I can open a new account and take advantage of the deal. She said she doesn't have an option in the system to apply the promotion within my existing account and that I was misinformed by CS on Twitter. She then stopped responding for 5 minutes so assuming the conversation was finished I ended our live chat.

Now what? Conflicting information from Twitter and Live Chat

They are only installing if there are people interested in the area. In my area there are 650+ flats so they know they will make money in this area. If there is a street 50 flats or houses they wont be bother I guess.

When I logged into my account it came up as £22.40. I'm currently on 150mb phone and broadband package with Anytime Calls on a monthly rolling contract all for £33, and I'm getting the following speeds:

Wow this is WiFi speed as well.

You better cancel and get a new contract

It would be 22.40 for broadband and calls.

Also if you get a referral you get £25 off from your bill as well which will make one month free.
It’s this better than Virgin Media

Virgin media upload speeds are not same as download speed.

I have got virgin media at work 350mb when it works its fine but it regularly gets problems.

I never used hyperoptic but feedbacks usually good.

Thanks guys for your feedback

If you can get hyperoptic don't think then.

You can get 500MB for £30.50 to be honest being loyal to companies are being stupid

Every year I change my insurance companies for car and content.

Don't be loyal if they treat you like nothing.
