That’s the same deal that was already on their website from 15 days ago...
Don’t forget TCB/Quidco. Also £25 credit for being referred by a friend.

One of the best ISPs around! Been with them a couple of years now. Unfortunately they mostly serve new builds, but you can register your interest online if unavailable in your area.
1gb was £38 50 was £19 150 was £21 a month ago they are saying this is a black friday deal.
Also this code doesnt work for my postcode. They are doing different deals at different places which is not fair to other people.
The deal I saw a few days ago, for 50mb, was £21/25 for fibre only/fibre+phone.
This seems much better
We just moved to a place with Hyperoptic. I asked about sign up bonuses on live chat and they gave me 3 months free of the highest tier, 1Gb. Then after 3 months if I’m happy with the service I choose whatever package suits me (probably 150Mb)

Call them they offer at least 3 quid cheaper

I was offered 23 for 150mb and 33 for 500mb when they have added their own codes.

I bought it and cancelled it cause you can get 130 or 160 pound of gift cards if you order through vouchercloud.com

Wow... that’s interesting wasn’t aware of the vouchercloud option. I wanted to order online to take advantage of quidco, but ultimately I’ll go where the deal is best.
Thanks for the heads up.

Yeah 3 pound saving over the phone is not ideal where you can get 130 pound gift.cars which is 94 quid better off.

Any idea what gift cards are available... knowing my luck it’ll be Mothercare and Miss Selfridge
Just FYI for Plex users who access remotely or anyone who needs a unique IPv4 address, you need to pay £5 a month for a static IP otherwise you won't be able to access due to Hyperoptic using CGNAT. In my first year they did provide a static IP for free when I complained but would not renew it after that.

Don't get sucked in with this. I'm a customer and have been with Hyperoptic for nearly 2 years. And while it was fantastic when I first joined (speeds were excellent, and still is), they put the price up when the promotion was over. Not only that, only new customers gets a promo deal, and nothing for existing customers. I'm hoping to leave when my contract ends in April.

To be eligible to receive a shopping voucher for selected retailer site (Amazon/John Lewis/H&M/Tesco) the customer must purchase a 12 month Hyperoptic contract online via one of our affiliate partner sites. The voucher value will depend on the purchased package:
Has anyone who is recontracting managed to get these deals? I just spoke to customer services and was told it’s only for new customers.

I did manage to get my discounted price for the first year applied to the second year so either you got unlucky or I got lucky. I didn't have to push particularly hard, just said there were better offers out there and would leave if it went up to full price. Edit: I signed up for my second 12month contract 2-3 months ago

No, bfsale doesn't work for me
Always get excited when I see these, think yay, finally some competition to virgin, then see that it's not available in my area. :/

How did you managed to do that? For the same deal? I received a response from Hyperoptic, who told me that I should contact them a month before my contract expires to get a better deal. They actually offered to increase my bill for 500mb per month, but it's too much money. So I'm HOPING they'll offer me something better.

What’s the speed and price you got? Because the 150Mb plan has been discounted for everyone now.

Strange, and did you get the £50 amazon / tesco voucher? Thanks
Is the vouchercloud offer still available? I can’t see anything similar on the app or vouchercloud site.
I did manage to get the above prices offered to me by using a private/incognito browser window and inputting the code. Would I still be able to get Quidco cash back using the code?

Good tip, thanks. I have a plex server currently on Virgin and I’ll probably run in to issues with this next week after we move
I managed to find the offer on vouchercloud. For £50mb, they’re offering £95 worth of vouchers. How are these vouchers distributed? I can’t workout how these are to be issued/distributed
Edited by: "RakeshS" 1st Dec 2019
I recently signed in without any offer but they sent me last week a giftcard for 50 pounds. Just Eat, M&S, Next and i don't remember which one.

Oof that's pretty rough, for a brand new futuristic broadband you'd think they'd use ipv6

Hi, couldnt you sign up for a free dns name using freeddns.noip.com/ ?

Then use the app they recommend to keep your ip updated, you have to renew the free dns name every 30 days, but then you connect to the dns name and not ip address so it should be fine when your ip address changes.

Just a thought?

Wow someone thinks virgin media is good. Actually they are good when they work but they get a lot of trouble all the time. Also their upload speed is not even near hyperoptic.

If you buy any speed apart from 50mb you get same download and upload speed.

Just to clarify they do provide a unique ipv6 address but Plex and similar do not support it well so remote doesn't work without some kind of 6 to 4 tunneling which then impacts speeds unless you pay £££

It doesn't work because when the request hits the shared ipv4 ip it gets blocked by Hyperoptic because they don't know which internal ip address to forward it to. A reverse dns proxy apparently gets most functionality back but is beyond the limits of most to setup (myself included)

Ah right, that makes sense....... well it doesnt but you get what i mean, hopefully more systems support ipv6 soon.
I'm in London Zone 2 and they don't offer services in my area!
Just renewed my contract, have been with them for 3 years already. Was offered the £26 deal for the 150MB package with no fuss at all.

Not as good as the BF deal of course.
