London only? cold for me
If u can get it. Forget about it if u live in a terrace. They only seem to touch blocks of flats and only if enough ppl in those blocks show interest.

This is standard for selective rollouts, and even at the start of 21CN; even though it had a timeframe to completion. If you are interested in your property being covered, it's worth speaking to the company to ask how many people would they need on the street to be interested in signing up, for them to roll-out service in the area.

Community led requests work, Virgin and BT are prime examples of this in new development areas. Make it worth their while and they will be happy to provide the service.

Unstable connections shouldn't really be a thing on a properly configured connection, and with Fibre it's usually an attenuation issue, which an engineer can mitigate.

It can and does happen on other networks, and is merely a specific technical issue to be resolved, and not a network specific problem.

I cant imagine they would do streets at all. What they are doing is basically running a single? FTTP fibre strand from what I believe is from the exchange, then they fit what is basically a DSLAM (router in the basement) and give each flat a 1Gbps ethernet connection. Can't see that happening for a street.
Don’t forget TCB/Quidco for any 12 month plan and an additional £50 credit for being referred by a friend!

Never had any dropouts or any issues whatsoever. Have been using them for sometime now and they are just the best!!!!!
Love Hyperoptic. Wouldn't move to anyone else now. Hot.

Load of bull.

Great reviews and feedback if you search Hyperoptic on Google.
Aw, I feel bad now. I'm moving house and having to leave hyperoptic behind. The new place has 330/50 FTTP with BT but that's just not the same as 1000/1000 despite the price being the same
Voted not regardless of whether I can get it or not! incredible price seen the 1gb up/down £48 insane value. I’m on BT FTTP 330/50 For £59.99 and that isn’t a bad deal as other FTTP providers charge £75 onwards but the £48 deal is like a dream hot
Great service if you can get it

Unfortunately not available where I live but it is for a relative of mine and he barely streams/downloads/games anything. Wasted potential

Yes i'm jelly af

London only? cold for me

Must be a very small area of london because every post code iv put in says its not available.
Specific apartment blocks only so yeh, trying random London postcodes won't get you very far
Any idea how long this will be running? Moving into a new flat in Cardiff at the start of September which has Hyperoptic but as it’s a while away I don’t want to get things sorted just yet.
I work for Hyperoptic and I wish I had our service instead of putting up with very slow SKY up and down speeds. We don’t claim to be able to offer service to every home in the UK (yet), but we are in most city’s nationally. We have started to service towns too (multi dwellings) so keep your ears to the ground. If you are lucky to be one of our customers already, then you wouldn’t haveeven clicked on this link.. The big providers are looking over their shoulders and who knows what will happen over the next few years.

Worth speaking to Hyperoptic? Are you implying if enough people on a random street in Scarborough were interested in signing up they would roll it out? If you are, you’re wrong.

I’m starting to assume you’re being sarcastic. Virgin and BT are Prime examples of this in New Development areas? Like brand new builds that can’t get VDSL, stuck on 15Mbps ADSL?

As for making it worth their while, yes, £40,000 for suburban FTTPoD is definitely worth their while.

Either I’ve been wooshed on the sarcasm or you’re utterly deluded

Hot deal

None of the 5 postcodes I've lived at in London are serviced

Hyperoptic has hypermyopia. Great product but no reach. I tried to get it for 2 years. There's no way they're going to last if they don't expand aggressively
if people insist on posting for this company every other day then can they at least mention in the OP that its a very limited service and that you're probably only applicable if you live in a block of flats!
I have this for my broadband.. generally happy. Pay £3 extra a month for unlimited UK landline calls. Phone service is brill no issues at all... just wish I cud pay a bit extra and have included UK mobile calls
Love Hyperoptic. If you can get it, do.

So is 90% of other deals on this site to me...
Living in a rural area is terrible for broadband where I live .Lucky enough we've secured finding and now have FTTP installed very soon.Im going with ee fibre max 2.Cant wait to see what the speeds are. This deal however is cheaper then ee but I prefer ee customer service.
A deal is a deal. Hyperoptic is true value as it is all round better than Virgin and BT. More knowledgeable staff, no noticeable downtime, no throttle, you get 150 upload and download, cheap static IP, and quick installation. Been a happy customer for almost 3 years, before that i used Virgin(ntl) for 20+

I appreciate it is limited but unfortunately there are laws around digging up cables, so getting equipment installed as part of a flat block build is one of their only options.

At the rate at which you are rolling out I very much doubt virgin and bt are worried. By the time you become a threat they will be rolling out fiber replacement whatever that will be in the year 2099
My friend has it and I can honestly say ‘it’s fab’ ! Thanks for sharing. Heat added

London only? cold for me

thats not really how its supposed to work. It's like seeing a deal for cheap shoes, but because they don't have your size, you vote cold - the deal was still good, but because you couldn't get it you downvoted?

come on!
Sorry, this is mega cold for me and its directly linked to their very very poor coverage. This is like those "OMG just found a local iPad pro for £150 in a Tesco Express in the Outer Hebrides" - I have registered interest for about 2 years. Nothing.
I’ve been using hyperoptic for the last 2 years and they are beyond fantastic. Super stable connection, no fuss really friendly support that actually know what they’re on about. I can’t recommend them enough frankly
Hyperoptic is great but I thought it’s their standard pricing. I got this package sometime back. All you need to do is place the order over chat and you will be offered this deal.
