After a pressure washer anyone know if this is any good and worth it for the price?
    marty-401's avatar
A good starting point would be to get one with a 2.3 to 2.8 kilowatt motor, 8lt plus water flow rate, brass pump head (not aluminium that cracks if frosted), stainless steel valves in the pump (plastic wear and drop pressure).

Seems to be cheaper on Amazon, there’s some reviews there to read too.

    'Refurb' one on ebay....

    ebay.co.uk/itm…TAW

I have purchased a few things form them and the only issue was damaged packaging. The items were brand new.

After owning a Karcher k3 I would recommend getting a Nilfisk- the one with the induction motor. Think they’re about £110 on Costco

So what's the correct way to pronounce hyundai?
    MildmanneredCalvin's avatar
It was in an advert of theirs recently where they talked about the correct pronunciation. As far as I remember, Hi-un-dei.

Anyone knows if this is good for cleaning driveways? I am new and looking for multipurpose pressure washer
    Chris_Gedney's avatar
    In my opinion, no.
But that is what I do professionally for work.

Ideally, you want something with a higher flow rate and a flat surface cleaner that is capable of making use of the higher flow rate.
Most local hire places have a decent washer and kit that you can hire for the day for around £150, you could always try your local exterior cleaner as we arent anywhere near as expensive as you might think.

Blasting with water is the easy part, the chemical knowledge ios what you pay for( removing blackspot, oil staining etc)

If we're talking about one pressure washer that lasts but costs in the £200 - 250 range what would people recommend? I don't want to buy cheap and eventually pay thrice. (edited)

Just get the best Karcher you can find within your budget as they are easy to repair and there's usually a plentiful supply of spare parts available, whereas they are non existent for most oither brands.
