I think there might be an echo in here.....
How do you actually apply for this? Get a quote or what?
Oh it's back already

I think there is a fee as the rental profile is 9+17?

No admin/document fee.

I realised that hence why I deleted my comment but thanks for pointing that out anyway
Went to to dealer yesterday. Turns out that they haven't received stock for 2018 model yet. The one being leased by mad sheep might have been 2017 model. 2017 was a new model but lasted only one year and 2018 car is quite a bit different.

May or may not be the case though. Worth checking with leasing company on this.
Can’t we just have the best overall deal for this? Then again paying a few quid month more to lower the deposit might help some of the brethren out. Keep them coming

Great price on a decent car - nothing extra special but far from poor and should provide good transport for 18 months.
anyone know anything about the leaser? are they trustworthy?

Appears to be part of Richmond Motor Group with dealerships in the South of England.
Ah nice! Was just concerned I could not find any reviews. On companys house so that is is positive at least beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/com…884
Good job
Heated just for FAQ
Website looks exactly the same but with different branding. Wonder if they're part of the same parent company.

Deals don't appear to be as good here. The S60 deal on Mad Sheep is bonkers. Just not sure I can wait til the end of March

They are all just using the same off the shelf software, don't think they will be linked in any way.

Yeah probably. The models and deals looked very similar so I did wonder.
Do you get insurance with lease vehicles or do you have to get that separate?

Requested a quote. I assume that's how you take up this deal? Going through the spec sheet, this is pretty good for the entry level version. I have a 2005 getz and my mot etc is due in may so hopefully I get this car by then.
Deal and car good
This has a 1.0 Litre turbo engine generating 120 PS and 171.1 Nm of torque, would make something like the i10 fly, but this is a bit heavy. Still a decent amount of power.
Looks like its gone, literally in front of my eyes.
I was working out the average cost per month for 3, 6 & 9 month deposit options and then the disappeared.
£134.40 incl VAT monthly rentals
£1209.60 incl VAT initial rental

This is the cheapest I see for this. Expired or not doing something right?
m5rcc1 h, 18 m ago

Is it?

Yeah I rang up and spoke to someone called Jamie and he said they're looking at the end of March. 7 weeks is too much for me although it's a great deal.

True but personally I prefer a lower monthly cost even if it means a bigger initial outlay.

Lower monthly cost? That deal was £225.17/mth vs £147.

Whatever floats your boat: I'd personally rather pay less as a total and not almost 20 monthly payments as a deposit.
GONE

If you are still interested, it seems to be available at JT Hughes in Shewsbury, with a similar deal but can't post link.

We bagged one of these via Mad Sheep Leasing but you won't get one anywhere now. We were told that it was a batch of overage cars that were available from Hyundai and that they've all been sold. Anywhere advertising the same deal is just out of date.

That may be true, but not everyone who applied and reserved a car will have gone through with it - these cars would be released again.

They are all long gone, we got one for a pool car but a couple of staff members were interested. They told us they sold 90 in a day and had 100s of people waiting in the wings for a cancellation.
Had an i20 with this engine. It was very heavy on petrol. Think I averaged 35 mph on a 30 mile run. No where near the actual figures
Loved how no one answered my question about this!
