I was in Tesco's picking up a couple of the £2.50 fresh chickens and came across this for £30.00 and thought that looks a good deal.
I did notice that the free 1 month subs to sky sports ran out in January this year

Yes it was and impossible to find within
a million miles of Preston, Lancs.
Spent an age talking to Tesco to track
one down and gave up. Bought a box
from Best Buy. This model gets good
write ups. Good luck if you can find
one.
They had about 6 or 7 where I saw them

"If you have a broadband connection you can connect the 2851T to your home network to access the BBC's iPlayer service and catch up on programmes you've missed."

That is the key point to this box, as very few Freeview boxes offer it.

Love it!!!!
I tried every store within 15 miles of NE3 last time when i seen it on here to no avail.

Hot if you get it, but unlikely as store specific.
All this time i thought the shop was called Tesco.
Looks good.
I imagine if you give top up tv a ring they will still honour that deal for Sky Sports, they did when I bought one a month ago, although I didnt go through with it as it kept freezing on BBC 1 and I didnt want to take the chance on Sky Sports!

No delay between channel hopping the only delay is on the BBC Iplayer after pausing or fast forwarding/rewinding the sound takes about 1 sec to catch up.
