has been under £100 in the past...so not teh best price....

Not sure about warranty as the phone is being sold by Expansys through Amazon marketplace rather than by Amazon themselves

So how does this qualify for posting here?... it's Amazon Marketplace!

It is a good phone I bought one last Sept when they were £98 with £5 expansys discount voucher and £5 post. The price appear to have gone up since then.

I bought 3 of these, sold 2, both of which died and are causing me problems with the buyers (understandably) and the 3rd I have barely used yet.

Also i-mate have gone bust, and Expansys claim this does not come with a warranty, though I hope they may be liable.

I'd avoid.
