What foundation do you base that statement on exactly? Your own opinions perhaps?

Whatever the basis for your statement, it has no bearing on this offer. The device is a 'Transmitter'. It 'transmits' a signal to a radio etc. It does NOT receive a signal via radio wave. It receives its transmission information via that jack that is in the picture. If you're going to comment, at least read what it is you are commenting on!

OP - managed to get one from Sainsburys for £7.49 recently, so its a good product but not a great price. For that reason, have voted cold - sorry!

Fair play, at least you have a logical reason for doing so rather than 'FM is obsolete'! :whistling:

I have one of these in the car for linking my MP4 player to the in-car radio, works well.

Apparently if I'd spent an extra £1000 on the car I could have had a socket to plug the player into... or just buy one of these for a tenner

Why are all the big commercial broadcasters abandoning DAB and investing in FM then?

DAB is out of fashion ....................Internet radio is the next BIG thing sorry gang :whistling::whistling::whistling::whistling:

DAB killed the FM star!
