Ok hers a real cheapie for the young ones and students that keep contacting me

7 Nights in Ibiza.

You can save a few extra pennies by going to Ryanair and booking for your flight direct.

Accommodation can be booked via Travel Republic.

There is no checked in luggage included in this price and 10kg hand luggage this time of year should be more than adequate for you young uns to chuck in some shorts and t-shirts, travel in your jeans so you have them when it goes cool at night. I have not added on the costly transfers as your a stone throw from the airport and with four of you will probably work out cheaper for you to jump in a taxi. We went in October a couple of years ago and it cost about 26 euro to the Bay.

Based on four traveling details as follows:

Hi sure, sorry I turned them off for a while as I was inundated, im starting work shortly though so apologise if it takes me a while to respond x

The only thing i like about paying more for holidays, is less chavs about. As much as i love ibiza, the chav levels are too much, so we stick to avoiding chav places.

So you would be content booking this exact holiday if it was at say First Choice being advertised for £289pp ? because thats what happens. Usually different Travel companies are offered so many rooms, eg, Travel Republic may get 50 - First Choice May get 50 and Thomas Cook say 50. The only difference is the price. I believe this to be the reason why reviews on hotels can vary so much on Trip advisor. Lets say someone did book this and pay £289 their review is going to be substantially different to someone who paid £66 wouldnt you say?

I have just paid £380 for three of us to go to Majorca all inclusive for a week but im no chav

The bay is much quieter than town & it's was lovely. However last time I went stayed in Es Cana & for me was perfectly quiet although small resort & still could catch buses to main nightclubs at 5am to Es Cana :-) Heat added!

Great deal BUT went this time last year and its nearly all closed so don't expect too much i.e we could only find one bar open in San Antonio

You do realize EVERYWHERE is closed by the 15th October, the last of the closing parties have happened, there's a few more until maybe around the 5th-10th October.

Absolute waste of time going...

Even at this fantastic price.

Yes the closing parties for all the big clubs will be over however there is much much more to ibiza than the big clubs, we went the year before last at the same time of year. We stayed in the Bay which was very quiet but there was still a nice selection of bars and restaurants open. We went into the Town several times and there was plenty open there too.

Not many chavs in Ibiza...Clearly you haven't been, even in San Antonio, the scum there couldn't really be described as chavs generally speaking. Mostly students, not many there who can't string a sentence together, hardly high class by a long shot but we're not talking Newcastle city centre or anything here.

Ah i see you're northern. Well in the south, many would be happy being regarded as a chav, its very common (no pun) to see in the south. I was just saying you get what you pay for, which includes the company there. You want to avoid particular circles, you save longer or pay more and go elsewhere. I voted hot as its a great for those who want to go!

Sounds good to me, at this price I'd go myself if wasn't already going to barcelona for a few days during this time (from another deal here posted a month or two ago).

It's really not that bad, bad as in chavy like the UK. There's plenty of undesirables but people at least dress reasonably and generally don't start a fight for accidentally looking at them in the eye.

So you're saying people in Newcastle are lower class? or cannot speak properly? That is harsh to discriminate!

You're thinking of ayia napa.
We went to Ibiza last year and it was beautiful. Not a chav hole as some people would have you belive.
Sure, it has bars / clubs in some places, but it's quite obvious where they are. Ibiza is big and nice enough that you need not worry about them. Just don't book a place in the middle of San Antonio and you'll be fine.

I'm saying what I said, you can deliberately misinterpret my sentiment if you like, but I don't have to bite

EDIT - ahhh forget it, I've been to newcastle, and been to ibiza...It's pretty obvious to anyone who has been there, Newcastle is pretty rough generally (yes, there's nice areas, I know) generally though, it's pretty skanky.

Ibiza is less skanky than Newcastle, if that offends then so be it. I have no idea why it would though unless you have a typically northern inferiority complex? There's some posh t*ats down south too..big deal. Who cares.

My post was made with the purpose of illustrating a comparison so people get and idea of what to expect relative to a stereotype they have an impression of.

It might not be "nice" or politically correct, but it gives a damn sight better illustration than not doing it.

Thank you.

Do one and take your controlling railroading comment somewhere else in future.

Woah, i was merely asking a question, as your post was pertaining to mine regarding stereotype, when people choose to be 'chavs', but people do not choose where they are from.
Chav is a form of social status, whether that is a positive or negative status, equals polarising conclusions. But to simply imply that a whole city, well area given more than just Newcastle speak that way, is full people who cannot string sentences together is asinine!

Most of your post just screams ignorance and one would find it difficult to dissect the helpful facts, from the sheer slanderous derogatory manner of which you present your accuracy. I mean Newcastle of ALL places you could mention?! Area need not have been specific, to make your point.

You're welcome.

Would love to know how you got the Majorca deal if you feel like sharing? :-)

Seems to me that Boro has made a point without getting offensive which we might or might not agree with and "the simple ones" then start with the offensive replies..Grow up!

The price you pay quite often bears NO semblance to the clientele said place attracts. You're just as likely to get a chav mentality in St. Lucia as you are in Majorca, and equally likely to get decent people in both places. It's simple enough, go to places they don't frequent.

Ironically what makes Newcastle skanky is the influx of stag /hen parties puking their way through the streets(obviously when their not in Ibiza). You hardly hear a geordie accent in the city centre anymore.Lots of pubs have been turned into no go zones by stags and hens and lets not forget the well spoken student masses acting like complete c*cks most of the time.
The cultural change in the city has been brought in by drunken louts from various cities across the UK, and has been predictably publicized by the press and TV as the ultimate sodom and gomorrah, thus stigmatizing the locals with the behaviour of outsiders .Yes of course there are chavs but no more than most cities in the UK.

I'd tell you were you can avoid the undesirables....but then they will find out. Love the deals Stacey, top notch as always. Keep posting, we'll keep booking.

Stacey, this deal is not for me, (this time) ...but as ever it's pretty darn phenomonal, so yet again thankyou for all the time & effort you put into making things as clear & simple as possible! ..it's sincerely appreciated & your input is a massive positive for this site!
The wife & daughter have been able to take advantage of your deals & been thoroughly delighted as consumate travellers & up for a deal rather than overpriced granite sinks in hotels (sic)

Heat

Let me get this straight, you are posting amazing deals for these holidays whilst not getting paid for it? you offer better advice and value than any major or independent travel agent could provide(trust me i know. I was one for years) yet people still love to knock/slate, no sorry troll your deals yet they haven't even posted any deals themselves. Damn trolls. Keep up the good work. (although you are probably putting some agents out of business!) It's a wonder you carry on posting them to be fair. HOT deal from me.
oh and Ibiza is beautiful and certainly not chavvy then again the people saying that have never been. I wonder where they actually go? they wont go anywhere that's is so called chavvy so i believe that would rule out Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Red Sea most the Caribbean, most of Thailand nowadays, Florida and so on. Go to the top end and you either meet or talk to no one as everyone is too busy looking down there noses at each other, either that or playing golf. I guess it must be those holidays you book in the back of the Daily Mail supplement, then they are with like minded people. They can sit there making conversation with their new found Mail friends talking about how **** everywhere else's holidays are whilst actually forgetting to enjoy there own.
