John

Got a link? Thanks

Given how useful the controller is, I'd much rather get the Fly More combo from Amazon for £450 which includes the controller, two extra batteries and a bag as well plus that's proper UK spec drone with no after sales issues. John

Gave in and ordered. Thanks OP, have some heat

I know people who have got DJI drones from eglobal and have registered them fine but I guess it's a personal choice on if you think there is a risk. I got a Mavic from abroad and bought the DJI care refresh cover for £100 for the year, I see no reason why you could not do the same for the Spark and it costs £59.00, this would give you cover if you crash etc. The charge hub only charges multiple batteries, one at a time (I have it for the Mavic) but does not charge any quicker. I do not have a Spark (yet) but I doubt it takes 4 hours to charge a battery as they are usually around an hour each.

great price! I've recently paid £550 for a Yamaha ysp2700 and in truth it doesn't look much different to this!

I have what appears to be predecessor to this, the jbl sb400. I think this is basically the same but adds 4k compliant hdmi. Launching in 2013 the sb400 doesnt have hdmi2 or 4k support as it didnt exist then. The sb400 is a fantastic sounding soundbar with a big impactful sound. I have owned a fair few soundbars over the years but this has beat all of them and in terms of power and quality approaches a dedicated sound system. On the strength of that i would recommend this above the other multiroom soundbar mentioned above. As well as my own experience with the jbl sb400, i also find that on devices that cram in extra features like smart capability and multiroom innevitably part of your money is directed towards those extra gizmos and not towards the speakers and amp, which is surely the main consideration on a soundbar...

I had the jbl and it was really impressive for the money. Good bass and rich sound but judging on the response the other one seems like the favourite.

Which one is better? This or that one https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/heos-home-cinema-soundbar-and-wireless-sub-279-richer-sounds-2863532 ?

Yes it is

Can you confirm if that one is with 6gb ram please?

The Nokia has one too. Problem is a lot of download services don't allow SD card usage so you have to rely on internal storage. I watch an awful lot of media online but I don't really care how big the screen is as it's only ever stuff I'm just watching for the sake of passing the time - if it's anything special it's on my TV. I don't even mind watching YouTube, random Netflix and iPlayer content on a 4" iPhone SE to be honest. A lot of the time I'm more listening than watching XD If I were after the biggest screen I could get in the smallest area then a Samsung makes sense, but I'm also not a big fan of AMOLED either as it tends to give me a headache after a while. Screen size is an odd one for me as I don't find browsing or tweeting or looking on here any better on a giant screen as I do on a 5.2" screen - and in fact I find typing harder on giant screens. For that reason I preferred the standard S8 over the S8 Plus and the Note 8. It also has an easier to reach fingerprint scanner for me.

As I said, by all other metrics the Nokia makes more sense, but the screen. Watching Archer on Netflix on the full screen is something the Nokia just cannot touch. But yes, the fingerprint scanner is annoying coming from the better placed LG G5, and Touchwiz is...Touchwiz. However the thing is fast as I want and managed 5:30 SOT on a full charge to 0, so while not quite Nokia standard (I know it can do 6-7hrs SOT), it's way better than my G5 managed. Edit: Both devices were 64GB at the pricing levels I wanted, but at least the S8 has a MicroSD slot.

Bezels or not I found the S8 harder to use, throw about and enjoy because of its lack of them - and the broader impact that it had of leaving the fingerprint scanner a tiny rectangle near the rear camera. On that subject, I found all the biometrics to be useless too, but that could just be me. The S8 is definitely a nicer object but I find the Nokia 8 to be smoother and faster, it has practically stock Oreo, better battery life, a better camera (with the Pixel APK) and the added benefit of twice the internal storage - which is useful for my commute where I download a lot of iPlayer, All4 etc. Each to their own though, it's just my personal choice having owned all of last year's Galaxy devices up to the Note 8.

This intrigued me but after watching the video I'm at a loss to see any real advantages over traditional cooking methods.

iPad pro 10.5 64gb 577 90 del @ ibood

Us model, but comes with 2 year warranty. Great price for an iPad pro

The 120hz display of the 2017 iPad is a game changer - The UI feels smoother than anything else out there. Not voting either way as ideally this tablet should cost around £399 IMHO.

I did say majority... you got that based on one deal in 2015. Well done you. Also a level 2 badge holder.

Hot from me, but if you don’t mind using Very and requesting cash back, they are doing this for £619 with £100 back

Got the watch on time and intact :0).....very impressed. The speed of the device is a massive step up from the 1st gen moto I previously used. Wear 2.0 makes all the difference and the build quality is brill for the bargain price via iBOOD. Battery life is also a big improvement. Going to get some different straps too.

I've lived with a flat tire for so long.....this should be perfect! ;0)

Too much bezel

Interested but put off by Trust pilot comments. Not voted either way

Very poor experience on iOS from what I have read - what with Apple's restrictions and all. Anyway, looking at my Apple watch now thinking I should have just worn my G-shock, so I think smart watches are just not for me.

Nice info. Any recommendations for a 8 channel modular 4 - 8MP recording IP system with 2 or 4 starter camera's from a supplier with decent support ? Just out of interest apart from the additional cost, would a 2MP system be better in terms of facial recognition than a 4 - 8MP system within range of 4-6 meters. I don't mind paying the extra if its justified. My front garden boundary wall (half height ) is at 8 metres. Had a hoodie turn up at my front door with another one hiding behind my car few days ago and noticed they had their heads looking down. Any solution to this with regards to front door cameras like a floor level camera with a floodlight ?

can you get this cctv on your phone aswell as the monitor

Cameras are poor quality.

Thanks ordered. I just need something simple to keep the naughty kids away and to an eye on things
