Animals who are going to be eaten don't need rights, obviously too many sad people out there who think otherwise, without offending vegans. People have a choice, I think you all need to get a life!
Do people really buy caged hen eggs still ?? Can’t quite believe it, to save a few pence...

and shops sell them still?? Almost as shocking really..

Used to be 2 for £1.50 till early last year when they increased the prices blaming Brexit.
Spend some money on eggs. You really get what you pay for with eggs. If you like a lack of flavour and poor welfare standards then crack on.
Offer ended now?
2 for £1.70 now.
They have gone up ever so slightly to £1.70 now

"Used to be 2 for £1.50 till early last year".

I'd say even before that if I'm honest?.

As even before January 2017 last Year, 2 of these egg's were still £1.60 ...

(Until at least June/July 2016 - the Year before), as I remember buying loads of these around various points in time of the Summer of 2016 for my Mum - and they were 2 x 10 for £1.60 at that time.

So perhaps the 2 for £1.50 you speak of may perhaps be going back to anything up to at least 2+ Year's back instead?. :-)
