I'm assuming it'll also work for Food Warehouse, and that has a huge range of branded non-frozen products. Food and other household items.
I have 2 card accounts and not got this on either of them 😡
Already put £1000.00 in
I have this bonus card thing. Swipe it every time I shop in Iceland. Never seems to do a thing

You are obviously not making the most of it. The basic idea is to add multiples of £20 to the card prior to shopping. Once it is processed you will have £21 credit for every £20 added, so a 5% bonus. That is a lot better than in a basic bank account ! The card can be topped up and used both instore and online. It may also generate promo offers online or at the shop checkout.

I shop @ ICELAND online and get regular promo emails. Last week they repeated a promo. The offer was spend over £65 in week 1 then get 10% off an over £65 spend in the following week. So a spend of £130 to save £6.50 ! I notified the callcentre that it appeared to be unrealistic to expect someone with an average fridgefreezer to be able to cope with storing £130 worth of frozen and fresh food (which is probably most of ICELAND sales) in a short 2 week period. Maybe the promo department will consider more realistic offers in future !

Do you shop online or instore ? Since March the BONUSCARD has only been usable instore, not online. Online usage was restored this week (although callcentre staff were not aware !) When I received the ICELAND BONUSCARD promo email I immediately added credit and used it for an order. (As the site has been revamped the card has to be added again.) The DOUBLE BONUS promo may be compensation to those who only shop online and have not been able to use their accrued credit ?

Nothing? You never did anything to the savings card, that's why.
And you never asked the cashier after a swipe, like, "what does this card do please?"

Its one and only critical mission for spenders is - savings card, put money on it, where your £20 swells to £21 instantly for spending later.
