Absolutely amazing burger. I cooked mine in the oven for about 40 mins turning just the once having checked halfway through that this was going to be right.

Too my utter disbelief there was almost no fat in the container and the burgers were perfectly cooked, with just enough fat in the burger to enable it to slide down easily.

Will definitely be buying again tomorrow. Best burger ever IMO.

These burgers were on telly the other night! BBC1 (or 2?) : Supermarket Shopping Secrets.

Basically, they came up with these burgers because the other ones on the shelves contain a lot of salt. Miso on the other hand produces the same effect/flavour, but with significantly less salt.

So besides tasting awesome, it's actually more healthy for you. The creators will try to convince other brands/makers to use Miso instead of Salt as a health initiative.

Lets hope they suceed.

Anyone with a heart condition is advised to avoid salt at all costs, so it can only be good in the long run. Much the same thing with sugar but here seemingly all the other alternatives have even more problems attached to them!
I saw these on the telly too. Are they really that good? I'll go and get some if they are.
I'm hoping to get some at some point to try, am interested after I saw Supermarket Shopping Secrets on BBC1, always looking at cutting salt intake.

I believe they are! But for £2.00 I'd definitely give them a try. It's a small price to pay IMO for what I think are the best burgers going.

Sold. I'll give them a try.
Good product for sure, and the R&D process was interesting to watch on SSS, but... Isn't this the normal price?
They have 1.1g of salt each burger that's almost twice the amount than there is in ASDA Aberdeen Angus quarter pounders 0.62g, not exactly low salt content.. four for £2

I'm glad you follow your Indian beliefs, but lots of uk born Indians ( all religions ) do eat steaks / beef! But fair play to you, if you believe that much, power to you!

Idiotic and false statement.

Tell that to the cardiology team at St. Bartholomews Hospital in London!
Miso sounds like MSG which isn't bad for you anyway but it gained a bad reputation in the West due to largely American xenophobia and fake science

The anti-MSG doctors who are few, are the same ones who say not to cook with aluminium and ban all vaccines! people do know this right? they were all over tv in the 90's about MSG being a silent killer and it's always the same few people.

For example they'll blame MSG on obesity in America because there's lots of processed foods that add it for better flavour. Yeah they blame that one ingredient for obesity, ignoring that MSG is used in loads of cooking in Asian countires like Japan that have lot lower obesity levels and longer life spans.

Channel 4 even did a program showing people how they make it. It's harmless! better to use than salt.
