The actual meat content which is way above what you get anywhere else. They do taste really nice as well!
why have pork sausages put into beef casing - makes no sense.

The "pork sausage meat" won't be 100% pork. It's just a play on words. And most places sell sausages with a higher pork content.

No offence but NOT in the mini versions they don't!
I shall definitely be giving these a whirl.
I bought some Waitrose "Gourmet" ones the other day - 84% Pork 292 gm twofer £5.
They were rubbish - tasteless. So rubbish we ended up giving them to the dogs.

They by the way thought they were marvellous.
But I wouldn't trust them as judges - I've seen what they do with their tongues.
I fancy these thanks Rubber
Best to go to your "Local" Butcher for your PORK sausagemeat?

Have yet to find any Supermarket brand that I like!
