Found 17th Nov

For £6/mth you get 250 minutes, 5,000 texts and 2.5GB of 4G data on rollover.
You can choose to limit your bill to no more than £5 over the tariff price. Also you can roll your unused data over into the next month. So use only 1.5gb one month and you'll have 3.5gb to use the next. No need to choose one over the other now! Capping, eu roaming and rollover included in this package. Bit on the low side for minutes but most people don't use that many now

*officially no tethering but iD say it uses allowances quicker so don't support it but will not kick you off if you do

Plus £5.25 TCB making the first thee months £4.25 a month

*If you want more mins then the £7 month deal is for 500 mins

Uses the Three network so not a good option for me.
Very good price though

Network coverage isnt great. Good deal though.

Good as long as you don't need any support from them.

I've always found their customer service good and helpful.

Previous comments from other users here had suggested they are/were shysters.

Oh they mean well, but their ability to do what you want, is another matter.

Took this out at £7pm at the start of the week, Sod’s law

Great deal op

it's a 30 day rolling SIM, so you have spent £1 extra. That doesn't sound dramatic to me.

Simply log in and switch to the new, cheaper plan as soon as possible?

Yep, I've complained here previously about their customer services. That said, there was an ID Mobile rep on here trying to help and listen.

Maybe that's a good sign and their customer services is improving? If everything works their app/website actually seem pretty good and useful (more options/info/slicker than three's).

There is/was, however I would say that may be more about trying to cover their own ass and present themselves in a positive light.

The comments that really concerned me were of others credit reports being messed up over paltry amounts. To me that is a serious concern and sounds much too big of a risk even though it's a good deal.

Does unused data roll over with Plus Net too?
