Did anyone had a problem with them? I didn't meet credit check criteria for shock proof £5 30 days contract, despite my credit history is perfect.

For a sim only you dont even need good credit, i'd check your credit out.

I failed the credit check last time too.
Also have unblemished credit history.
Not sure if I should try again....

The £10 plan is showing 100 mins not 500?

I experienced possibly the worst customer service I've ever had when trying (and failing) to use their service. Good look to anyone who is brave enough to sign up with them.

Thanks - i'll be cancelling with EE tomorrow.

And you might regret it!!!

Shiiity network. Stay clear

I personally wouldn't touch them, I signed up with them in September and it's been a nightmare. They can't get my contract allowance right and they owe me nearly £100 already. Awful customer service, and hours wasted on the phone! Read reviews on them and avoid!!!!

Maybe so. I think i'll cancel regardless as i can get a cheaper deal for what I'm getting elsewhere, I've just been putting it off.

I planned to move to the PO but they've decreased their data. I'll read the reviews regarding ID tomorrow and see what people are saying before purchasing.

Pricewise, this is untouchable.

good find op, heat

awful network, avoid...You will have more problems than with three directly!

I signed up for a 24 month contract, for some reason my account shows a 12 month contract which I'm happy about now as the data coverage abroad, partly the reason I went with them, is not great. Customer service is iffy too. In general they're OK

Can't turn off voicemail....

Can't be worse than EE as far as customer service goes. Think I'll give them a try, 30 day contract so nothing to lose.

lol I would stay clear of such network which does creditchecks to give you PAYG tariff ....

Can you port number from ID to ID?

So you expect them not to credit check for a contract? You do know every network does that?

You aren't making much sense mate. Not sure what the problem is here really.

No. Nor '3' I believe

Why people go on about custom service all the time i don't know because all custom service is bad now days
i think it depends where you live because i have been with Three for about 4yrs and only rang them 2-3 times and got through with-in a couple of mins and when you are on the phone waiting it always seem longer than it is.
I think out of all the company's i rang BT was the worst and then my doctors in the morning.

No most provider don't let you port to the same network you can alway port it to a payg and then port back to ID bit of mucking about but if you want to keep your number thats the only way.

are you a three customer? just wonder what could be the reason as I couldn't get the sim only (declined) yet I took a 12K unsecured loan no problem...

Check their customer service reviews out very carefully before signing up. It's taken nearly 3 months and hours on the phone to get my tariff sorted out.
They offer good rates and the widest inclusive roaming deals on the Takeaway Plan.

Does this balance the poor customer service? Tough to answer...

You're able to switch off all you need to enter your mobile settings-apps-more-call-voicemail-voicemail settings-vm. number and now copy the number and save it into your contacts then delete it from the setting menu, save the blank gap and that's it. No number no notifications. Later if you need the vm. number you can find it in your contacts.
