For £10/mth you get 1,ooo minutes, 5,000 texts and 5GB of 4G data on rollover. You can choose the one plan contract, meaning you can limit your bill to no more than £5 over the tariff price and roaming and bill capping all in the one plan. So use only 3gb one month and you'll have 7gb to use the next.

For £5/mth you get the 500 minutes, 5,000 texts, 1.5GB 4G data on rollover. You can choose the one plan contract, meaning you can limit your bill to no more than £5 over the tariff price and roaming and bill capping all in the one plan. So use only 1gb one month and you'll have 2gb to use the next.

Not a bad deal but iD is crap on customer service. Not bas for medium to heavy users!

*officially its not but iD say it uses up your allowance too quickly however they will not throw you off for tethering maybe id can confirm that!

Don't overlook potential for some cashback en route to the SIM - eg via Quidco
to iD Mobile = £5
to Carphone Warehouse = £20, THO no double mins offer that route!

They don't let you switch. You would have to cancel and rejoin, I did so and it wasn't worth the hassle because they seemed to keep on accidentally not ending the contract.

Without exaggeration, this is by far the worst operator in the UK. I genuinely don't know how they haven't been shut down yet. Billing errors, double-charging and account issues are absolutely rife.

I was on the 250 minute package and they have doubled it to 500 after I asked, they did the same when the data went from 1GB to 1.5GB.

I called to ask to change my plan to this one and he said he could but I need to be a customer for one month. I only joined Id mobile 2 weeks ago so I'll call back in 2 weeks.

I phoned up and switched from one plan to another. It took about 5 minutes.
