I don't know how i added so many .oo to the price, still the same!

Sounds like you get £10 off the first month, then £15 a month after that.

id avoid ID, no guarantee they will honour your contract past the 30days.

They changed my plan, reduced my data from unlimited to 10gb and still wanted to take the same money. So a company to be cautious off.

DO NOT use these imbeciles. If you don't heed this warning, then you deserve all the aggro ID will give you.

iD sucks!

I believe it's every month 15£, and after each charge (15£),38 days after you getting back 10£. Well correct me if I'm wrong.

also you cant change your tariff at all, ID suggests to leave the network and rejoin if you want no other way. terrible company but cheap

avoid..avoid....avoid...this could be £1 a month I still would not touch them...by far this is the worst network provider with even worst customer service with over charging and false deals.

Well this is no deal but had an ID sim in the tots phone for 6 months now with no issues.
£5 a month for 1gb data with loads of texts and minutes.
Apart from its 3G only haven't had any issues.

Id network just yanked their unlimited plan and expect me to pay the same. Avoid this company. Let them go the way of the dodo

Just signed up for this yesterday.. got the gracious welcome emails today... idk, customer service always has its lows and is a different experience for everyone.
Lets see how things pan out. I've taken one for the team.

All these people slating ID, I've been using them for a year and a half now and no problems at all, they app is great, contract say no tethering but I do and have not been charged any extra.
I will say that they don't let you switch deals and keep the number, you will have to switch to another provider and then back again on the deal you want, which is a bit of a pain, but once it's done it's done and you can carry on with good cheap service.
I get better reception on ID than the Mrs does of O2.

naa they are ****, poor customer service.. they don't honor the contract they changed my unlimited to 10gb when I phoned them up they didn't give a ****.... these people r right u know, don't touch them..

I got a contract for my sister, same one for £5, 250mins, 5000 texts? 1gb of data. was around 36mbs 4g speeds.

No issues so far, but if they charge me a little more, and that charge isn't over £10. It's still cheaper than most places.

I'm even considering going for ID after my Vodafone contract runs out (got a year to go though).

..so everymonth (for the duration) you get £10 auto cashback? Not just the 1st month?

says on 01509 610 888 (in auto cashback menu) that (it can?) take (up to!) 12wks to receive cheques. & there I was hoping it would be direct bank payments like MPD do

beware very wary of this company once you cancel they say you now cancelled but you haven't after month I check the sim online to see if its off and says its still active so I emailed saying why have you not cancelled it they said theres a delay and that it be cancelled well since june I cancelled its now sept and saying I owe them £64 so I rang up and kicked off and I told them I not paying nothing when it should of been cancelled and they said we sorry about this there was a delay << wtf again is this a joke. well I told them if its not sorted I will contact trading standards to get this sorted out so now I going to have on record default since theses numptys have cocked up and I better not get a debt collection letter after 7days as then I be taking it further

You'll have received the letter then saying your limits are being cut?

I doubt it. If it was they would make a big deal about it - because 5Gb for £5 a month would be a big deal. I think it's £15 per month with a one off £10 cash back dressed up to make people think it's £10 cashback every month. If you are hoping for it to be every month make sure you get that in writing before signing because even though it's supposed to be a 1 month rolling contract ID don't seem to believe in letting their customers go that easily......
