1.3MP

Black one is ]HERE (ALTHOUGH ONLY HAS A 3-CELL BATTERY)

Looks like a nice netbook but not as good as the Samsung NC10 and these are going for not much more money ;-)

Better deal is the Linux version for £20 less, also comes with 2Gb ram not 1GB. Bung on Windows 7 evaluation if you can get one, or a spare copy of XP. £209 with the voucher

Can't get the code to work.......

OK, code works with XP but not Linux version

nice find, but asus eeepc 1005ha at scan for £258

Its IBM

I have this netbook. I'd give it a 7.5/10. Battery life is good for a 6 cell. Build quality is fabulous as you'd expect from exIBM/Lenovo gear.

Biggest drawbacks are the odd screen size 1024x576. Losing 24 pixels on such a small screen takes a little getting used to. The \ key is annoyingly a Fn+z key but to be fair I don't use it all that often. That said I get a proper \ on my Acer Aspire One so why can't I get it on my bigger S10e!?!?

Oh and the SD card sticks out a bit when inserted which is annoying which again seems to fit pretty snug on my smaller Acer.

Windows 7 works a treat as does XP. The Linux is shockingly bad and aimed in my opinion at business users rather than home. If you get it with Linux, make sure you are competant enough to get Windows installed.

I also have this Netbook - word or caution be careful with the screen - I simply closed it and it cracked across the corner. I had to replace the screen myself as it is not covered by the Warranty and Lenovo wanted £230 to do it! Anyway back to gadgetmanns point on the screen got a LG 1024x600 screen off a ebay seller in Taiwan and it works perfectly (and sub £50 to change). Apart from the warranty a nice PC but questionable warranty support!
