I'd be well pleased if my husband took me to Ikea for valentines. Actually, I'd suggest we scrap the wine and table service and just get a meal from the regular canteen to save some money But I think I'm in the minority of women who think valentines is stupid.
unlike the greggs one, this could actually work because all wives love a trip to ikea and spending an absolute fortune

my wife considers an evening trip to ikea, away from the kids, a treat, so i dont see how this would hurt!

This Valentine Race To The Bottom is surely going viral.

I hear the luminous jacket guys at the council dump are planning to serve sumptuous 3-course dinners* in their portakabin - I must get on to one or two gorgeous supermodels I know would jump at the chance.

(*subject to enough things Reduced But Still Fresh at the co-op that day)

I totally agree.
We have recently celebrated our Silver Wedding anniversary. I can think of nothing more cringeworthy than being in a restaurant full of couples, just because we are told it's meant to be a romantic gesture.
Have your own special day whenever you want it.
Who goes to IKEA for Valentine's Day? Definitely a catch
Err why is it all husbands taking wives ?
Equal opportunities anybody ? Could be a chance for a woman to take a man out for a coffee and a hot dog 🤣
Nothing expresses one's love for their partner better than a trip down to IKEA!
Yeah takes Ur Mrs here for Ur last valentine's dinner before she leaves u
Just buy her or him a bag of chips and a can of Tango...job done
Chips and tango
ikea
greggs

any gesture can be perfect
as long as u r on the same wavelength

its all good
You are not an exceptional minority - mostly all women think Valentine’s Day is stupid
