IKEA Restaurant - Free hot drinks & free refills with food

Thought this was a great deal. Bought 2 bacon ciabatta's and 2 coffees at a total cost of £2. Free refills too if you like. Can't complain, perfect to help ease the hangover.

I assume that this deal applies to all hot food on the menu.

Nope, I imagine you (a) have Ikea Family card; (b) visited Monday-Friday = free coffee/tea/soft-drink (and they ALL come with free refills), even without buying food (eg Bacon Ciabatta is £1.00 on their price list). Been a standard Ikea Family offer for several years.

A) I don't have a family card.
B) It's Sunday today.

Free drinks with food isn't an IKEA standard. Your imagining wrong.

Not that I can see in the last month.

I'm giving heat, it's a good deal, few other places you can get a bacon roll and coffee for a quid. However it may not be nationwide as deals can be local only at Ikea, please post the store.

Fair enough - wasn't clear it was a SUNDAY deal, and I applaud you taking the time to reveal a potential HUKD, but I'm not clear WHAT the deal is, nor are you from your posting.

ie MIGHT be that Birmingham/Wednesbury are offering a free drink BEFORE the store opens at 11am on Sunday - ie to incentivise people to be waiting in the restaurant from zero hour (they certainly did that in the past in their Bletchley/MiltonKeynes branch).

Anyway do recommend you get a Ikea Family card - it's free - and gives discounts on various goods, and from memory provides free INSURANCE on getting some Ikea stuff home, and for the future provides you free tea/coffee (& refills) five days of the week at any time Monday-Friday (without any food purchase even!)

Hope you got some real bargains anyway - I remember (about a decade ago) the days of them having a marquee in the carpark there with their Xmas sale bargains.

How can you be confused of such a simple post? This surely needs no further information? I'm fully aware of what the deal is, that's why i posted it along with a picture of the receipt.

Yeah, i bought most of the things i was looking for thanks.
