Got these from tesco last year for my daughters' birthday they're fab. Heat added

Had to blow up 60-odd of these for a wedding last Saturday... the light is quite dim so pointless using them indoors, but if you put them outside then they glow nicely once the sun goes down.

These are great.

I bought a 5 pack of the green alien ones for 15p from sainisburys after halloween i thought the light was great my 6 year old loved them.

Funny how opinions on a simple item differ.
Personnally this item is pointless, the bulb is useless unless you plan to sit in a pitch black room staring at a balloon.

We let our son have it in his bedroom at night, he though his green bedroom was fab!
The light lasted 2 nights.

Yep, that's exactly what I plan to do :-)

I have to agree with the negative comments.
The light is so dim you really struggle to realise there is one.

I will disagree with the negative comments, the ones I got my daughter lit up very nicely even in the light and even better in the dark

Awww I paid over 3quid for a packet of 5 with faces on em-in Sainsburys on Sunday however, kids loved them and they glowed bright, lasting beyond 24 hours.
This is a fantastic price-I'd say grab em and use for the wow factor in kids party bags! Heat added

I thought these were good when i've used at parties and didnt mind paying the £3 but at this price bargain!

Personally, I use tea-candles from Ikea (which I light first) inside larger balloons. Its quite tricky to blow them em at first but you get the knack after five or so.

Please note I am not responsible for any fires that come of anybody trying this.

These are great, all the ones I have had have been very bright and the light has lasted at least 3 or 4 days!
