I agree, plus they offer returns.

I'd say it will never happen given their track record. Never seen this before so thanks.

Thanks for this :)

Out of interest what site do you use then ?

Yes it is always cheaper I agree, but this link is so limited, it only shows one train journey at a time so if like most looking for the best price you are flexible on the time you travel it would take an eternity to do that on this, the site I use shows trains either side of the time you enter and just scroll for more and then just check if it has changes and work it out from there :)

Sorry to jump on an old thread - I done this through MSE on the 10th November, as offer was showing again but just showing 58sb. I`v emailed them through the contact us, put just came back with an automated reply - "If you have waited 32 days, please respond back to the original ticket that you have created. This will help us investigate your purchase further and make sure that you receive the correct amount of SB." So I replied to email again & got the same automated reply again! Can anyone advise me how to open a "Ticket" to get them to look into this for me? Thank you :)

contacted them via mail and got my 2040 points after 2 days :)

What did you write in the support ticket please? Did you link the original promotion or just say that you didn't receive the bonus 2040 points?

emailed them and got 2004 sb twice. order £25 amazon gift card. hooray

After the EE merger they 'let go' a shed load of staff (after saying before the merger that jobs were safe). Some where 20+ year served and could make they systems jump through hoops for them. They also moved 100% of key dept 'over sea's', to save a few quid. Now there are so few staff that know they way around things nothing ever gets done. Not surprising that the whole company is a shambles now...

Yes been bad for years Got apayg sim wasted £10

Worst network to be with, had so many problems with them. Customer service is noneexistent.

Data is the killer, for SIM only Virgin offer a good unltd text, mins and data for £15 p/mth, if you are a little pushy they offer you an additional £5 p/mth off, so I am getting it for £10 p/mth rolling contract, no minimum. Was pretty pleased.

Wonga is a short term loan with high APR for those people who only want to get a 6 month loan. Nationwide is a long term product min 1 year.

Is this a better rate than Wonga?

Thank you for this information, it's very helpful to know ... :-)

I use to work for nationwide (Dearbyshire) processing loans, some insight or prerequisites to check on yourself before applying. Nationwide can offer you a 'softquote' which does not touch your Creditcheck history, this soft quote is a representative of what you 'could' get but is not the final outcome. If you have been shopping around for other quotes online or in store, this can harm your credit rating overall. As above, this is only a representative quote and not everyone will get this APR. If you not sure about your rating here are a few points to ask yourself before applying. If you can answer to all these questions then you stand a better chance 5.6%. 1. All your monthly payments are upto date. No missed or late payments. (mobile/utilities/mortgage/finance) 2. if you have a joined contract i.e. Wife / spouse / partner on a mortgage for example. If your joint partner has a good credit history then this would not affect you. If your partner has made missed payments then this could have a detrimental effect on you as well. 3. Ensure you have a working income of £750 or more and is visible in your bank account. This applies if you are sole or join loan account. Both parties must ensure you take an total income of £750 or more. 4. If you have savings of £XXXXXXX and want to argue while you do not get that APR or been a long term customer, forget it. House rules are house rules in policy how to determine what APR you get. 5. Be sure you have not received banking fees such as overdraft or late credit card payments 6. Credit checks do go back 5-7 years so ensure you again do not have any bad history If you do not get that rate, then the system will often put you in a APR barrier of 9.9% / 12.9% or 15.9% (if I'm not mistaken) If you are safe that you 'think' you have a good credit rating then you can apply for a loan in hoping for that magical

Tesco Bank offer 5.7% (£7500 - £15000) if you don't meet Derbyshire Building Society criteria.
