After the EE merger they 'let go' a shed load of staff (after saying before the merger that jobs were safe).
Some where 20+ year served and could make they systems jump through hoops for them. They also moved 100% of key dept 'over sea's', to save a few quid.
Now there are so few staff that know they way around things nothing ever gets done.
Not surprising that the whole company is a shambles now...
