Looking for a fish and chip recipes in an Indian cookbook - you have disappointed me
Chicken tikka masala is not an “authentic” Indian recipe. Voted hot though

Didn’t realise the recipes starting with Punjabi, Mumbai and Kerala are Bengali dishes .

Although most Indian restaurants have Bangladeshi cooks doesn’t make them Bengali recipes

Bengal's half in India, half Bangladesh. Doesn't stop the recipes being described as "Indian" though I'd have thought
Most of the dishes in this book aren't traditional/authentic Indian dishes. Heat added for a good offer though. If you can, travel to India and you'll find each state has 100s of variety's of delicious tasty food that you won't find in UK Indian restaurants. Especially Indian vegetarian food is so tasty and a huge variety that you don't really find outside of India
