nice price but everytime I have ordered from this company the quality of the product very poor with finger marks and scatch/dents in the discs also the casing mostly when card like tv box sets looking like it has been thrown around.

I agree 1000% - they have a great idea, but I've used them twice and both times the CD cases were smashed. I told them, they offered a refund, I said I wasn't bothered as I only paid £1.79 for a CD, I just wanted them to know I wouldn't be using them again and to sort it out!

I've ordered hundreds of CDs over years and always found them to be pretty decent. maybe 3 or 4 less than "very good" and i've complained

although I do find it unacceptable that cases are cracked or damaged when they knock 50p off for trades were case is damaged
If they charge people trading in 50p to replace cases they should actually replace them

I agree mate - I ordered 6 and three were smashed, I had to use some of my old spares to make them usable. But at under £10 for 6 I couldn't be bothered to ask for a refund. I thought telling them would kick them up the bum and they would investigate, sadly not...the ones I get from Zoverstocks on Amazon have always been fine, I thought that was Music Magpie too?
