  • Race 50 laps for overall glory
  • Trophies for the top three drivers
  • Choose from 19 locations

Karting isn't just for kids - it's how many Grand Prix champions (including Formula 1 World Champion and the most successful British driver of all time - Lewis Hamilton) start out. Novice or expert, this experience is simply loads of fun. Start with a briefing, get familiar with the karts and circuit and wake up that competitive streak. Then join the pack and go fast and furious, racing others head-to-head around a specially-designed track for 50 thrilling laps. It's the time to really put your foot down and go for it. The podium awaits the top three winners who taste glory by leaving other drivers in their wake. That's overall champion bragging rights, a trophy and some great memories to take home!

Thanks reindeer333 for the code

I think you must mean exhaust. If the petrol tank got that hot they should be redesigning pdq.

Karting isn't just for kids ... it's not ... Minimum age 16 and minimum inside leg measurement 29'' is required
That's a cracking deal, luckily got a participating track near me so I'm dead chuffed with this. Cheers OP!

how big is an indoor lap?

we did outdoor in january but paid for 20 minutes and a lap was around 1 minute 10 so we did less than 20 laps I guess and by the end my arms were dead
Where can you see the locations? Cant see if therez any in the north east..unless im being dumb

I suppose you could have everyone do their own separate transaction so everyone gets it for that much.

Personally though I think that's too much hassle as I can see some friends not bothering and then everyone trying to book the same slot...

Hassle like that.

On the voucher page there is a terrible google map which you have to zoom into to tap on participating spots. They couldn't even be to list them. I'm not even totally sure it is the karting place I know but there is no other indoor karting place around there so I should be fine.

I did it at the one in sutton in ashfield. Around 30s a lap.
Time we went after we did a qualifier and then 25 laps which was more bearable.
Lol at the gif

Our local track does two 15 min sessions for £15 quite regular. You get chance for a rest/drink before going out again. Lap record is 1 min 28 secs and I average 1 min 31 seconds and I only go a couple of times per year

No it was definitely the fuel tank, it was about 20 years ago and we was told to be careful of it but I found it hard to get out as I'm a big bloke, bum got wedged in the seat

I'd be too fat for then now
I would always ring your preferred venue and see if they could match it i booked a different red letter day and my venue closed down and i could not travel to any others . By the time i found something to spend £90 on it had expired and customer service didn’t help it was a complete waste of money
Fifty laps for £16? Seems likely they are using the International King Of Sports track:

50 laps at Harlow track is good fun. But probably 10 laps too many. You feel you’ve had enough by the end.

Fuel Tank would have been made out of plastic lol
It's a shame you can't see the available dates and slots before buying the voucher
I went to London Docklands 2 nights ago for the 50 lap. Great experience, everyone is right about 50 laps being just a bit too much. Definitely get your moneys worth though.
These were petrol karts btw, the entire building seems to be run by 20 year olds so the karting can get a bit unruly, which i don't mind!

my back still hurts...

I just checked with the Head Office 01252 732300. The vouchers can only be used one midweek day/evening per week (varies each week) or Sunday mornings so you need to be very flexible about when you can go.
Trying so hard to donut...

You thought that was good? You haven't seen nothing yet...

So tempted to do this solo. Never been karting but love driving. I presume you just race with whoever else turns up.
50 laps is too damn much

Your hands/arms will be gone...I hopes it's in intervals
I did this before and the amount of laps wasn't a problem.

The biggest problem was the fact that the helmet stank
50 laps does sound like a lot
Heat
Go onto team-sport.co.uk and visit their booking page to see when they have the '50 lap' races available. Once you've found a slot that you fancy, buy the voucher and call up team sport karting and let them know the date of the slot! These are only on specific days. Some may struggle with 50 laps buts it great fun.
Are kids under 16 def excluded? Or has anybody got any experience of booking for 15yr olds?
