Good couple of hours? Doubt it, first to 50 laps. My experience of indoor carting tracks, laps take about 30 seconds. And prob a quick safety video before. And if you're a slower driver, you wont even get 50 laps in.

who drives with heels lol
I'm a little skeptical about the availability of this offer, the Bristol track advertises 50 laps for £25 on their website and to use the normal search function to find these. I am so far unable to actually find anything other than their standard 2 x 15 min options

Is that true? I am 1.58m, so I am pretty sure that my legs are shorted than that
"The experience lasts approximately two hours" yeah, with an hour of safety bull and half an hour getting ready, then a 10 min brief and a small 20 min drive or less around the track.
Bought kew garden through paypal. Havent received anything. How long does it take to send. Do they send in paypal email. I didnt register before ordering. Anyone has experience on this. Thanks

The 50 lap offer on their website will be an "arrive and drive". You just do 50 laps, get a timesheet for it, go home.

The other site you looked at sounds like it doesn't offer anything 50 laps as part of the standard offerings. Plenty don't.

This is an offer through a site run as a 50 lap enduro. So group start, first to 50 laps, podium with (cheapest of the cheap) fizzy wine (or wine substitute) to spray about on it. They'll have a set date and will need a minimum number of people to take up the offer in order to run it. (They'll also have a maximum. On indoor tracks, that's usually 8 or maybe 10.)

I used to work in a karting centre. £20 for a 50 lap enduro race is actually not bad. If you're not used to karting, you WILL be knackered by the end of it.

Also should I look for the one near me with the longest track?
A group of you would probably work best. You'll be in a group, racing, regardless. But it is generally better fun if you know the people you're racing against.

If you can find a longer track length, go for it. Although, most indoor places can, and do, change their track layout. And thus the lap length. Usually, if you're expecting a bunch of randoms for a long race, they'll tend to simplify the track as it's likely to result in less damage to the karts!

And that’s enough time if you’ve ever been karting
Shame there is nothing in London?
Recently did this event at the Sheffield track after i was bought a voucher via BuyaGift. Booked in at 8pm and we were told to arrive for 7:30pm to give time to get booked in, kitted up and the safety briefing. Once you are in the karts you get a quick brake test then a few laps to test you on the safety lights etc then they line you up on the grid. We rattled around, about 12 of us racing and once the leader got to 50 laps that was that. I finished 3 laps behind so managed 47 in total and then by the time we'd got out of the karts and done the presentation it was about 10 to 9 so around 90mins in total. Most folk averaged a lap time of 31 to 33 seconds on the track there.
Anyone have any idea what the expiry dates on the voucher you buy will be? I'm interested but might not be able to make it in the next few weeks.

And with the amount of twisties they put in to make an indoor track work, make sure you don’t have a full meal beforehand or it’ll come out through the visor.
I’ve done this before - usually it’s only available on Sunday mornings very very early. I can say very good things about the track in London Docklands (Charlton) - it’s quite a long track with petrol karts. It’s very narrow though so overtaking is difficult unless you’re significantly better, or just bash people (and the stewards don’t care, which is annoying).

Talking from experience here - it’s normally because a lot of experiences on sites like Red Letter Days or Buyagift are different versions of the same things they normally sell so you can’t directly compare them on their website.
Bought these sometime ago and didn't get to use as available only on particular days early in the morning 8am (have to be there about 6:30am) or late in the evenings finishing after 11pm.
Not sure will be able to use them and surely wont be buying again.
You cant use this on electric karts, or at least near me, just petrol ( to poison yourself indoors)

If it's teamsport, this really isn't amazing value.

I was at Reading a couple of days ago....it's around a 27 second average lap for a fatty like me. So 23 minutes of racing for £20 each.

On their website they're currently doing 3x15mins for £30, which seems rather better value.

Not a great deal really, my local one does 30 mins for £20 and I think that's pretty standard anywhere really
The Warrington track is a blast great fun cheers op
