Just picked up a couple of bottles at Boots this afternoon. Never thought of posting on here, I always forget there's more to HUKD than console games and gadgets :P Heat added

ask for it on prescription... my HV said to tell the doctor that she told me to ask the doctor for it on prescription. if that makes sense lol

If baby really has colic, skip this and get Colief - liquid gold, but well worth the money!

Most GPs will only prescribe this is your baby has a true lactose intolerance (proven by testing). Most colic is caused by a transient process and many baby's start producing sufficient lactase by a few months. X

sab simplex only this really works

I live in Birmingham and get it free on prescription too just told my doc my baby cried with colic. The doc also prescribed my baby colief but prefer Infacol as my baby is bf and colief has to go into the milk.

I get bonjela on prescription too if that helps anyone.. X

We got it the first time from the GP on prescription... we've since asked the GP to put it on repeat but they are very reluctant giving excuses such as they can only prescribe it the first time, for future use parents have to buy over the counter

Could someone tell me is this colief the same as dentinox? Ours has colic and bad at night so always looking for anything to calm her down.
