if you're asking can you take this on the sea the yes you can, but always be respectful of the water, wear a lifejacket and make sure you have access to a phone/two way radio. Don't go into conditions you feel are unsafe - this may be fantastic anything below small waves, but may not be safe in rougher waters

Again may be nieve, but are these allowed on canals? Once I came across a couple using normal canoes on the local canal and it looked like huge fun.

You need to join canoe England, to allow access to wall uk waterways

Also, stop saying you need "lifejackets" What you need are buoyancy aids, NOT lifejackets!!

Not if you row in front of the anglers causing noise like the rowers do.... grrrr But yeah I'm never seen a sign saying you can't.

What an unusual post, very controlling.

What if the buyer wants a lifejacket?

How big is this packed up?

Q. Do I need a Kayak?
A. No.
Q. Did I buy this?
A. Yes!

Lol

I hate hotukdeals. I'm uninstalling the app.

what the hell am I going to do with this bloody kayak I've just bought!?

already got three of these and very tempted to hit the buy button on the cargo net one too. must log off hotukdeals and resist impulse purchase. they are great cheap kayaks

I pay approx £30-40 each time me & the OH want to go out on a canoe, could anyone please advise what licences etc if need if we bought this instead? We like in Norfolk so would be using it on the Broads.
Many thanks

Thanks! Just realised though that an inflatable isn't really going to be any good for the broads, it would likely pop with all the branches etc that you have to go close to!

challenger is narrower and longer with carfo securing webbing at front. slightly more sporty being pointed. the explorer is wider and slightly shorter. neither will be as efficient as proper wooden candian canoe but for just pottering around both are perfect. they include skegs which make the kayaks track bettervin water. we had a sevlor tahiti to seat three people which didnt come with oars, pump or skeg. at the price the intex are unbeatable for value and quality. the seats have straps right across the back unlike the sevlor so you actually get some support.
