What's the significance of the light up paw print?

Am I missing something? A lighting bolt logo I could understand. An electrical plug symbol, yep. A battery, sure.

I'm put off by power banks i brought a charmast one it caught fire after 18 months use and Ugreen one that stopped working after a year. Thankfully Amazon both times refunded the money.
