Bearing in mind that the MSRP for non-Founders is $379. UK prices should be around £345 (VAT Incl.) given the weak pound. £35 over the odds isn't as bad as the £400+ nonsense, but it's still over the odds.

There's always been a price disparity with the US. Remember, that £35 is what you'd pay to ship one from the US anyway, so there's no easy way to get it cheaper.
Poor reasoning
Inno3d any good? Never used this brand before.

That's just the VAT, what about import duties? Also the US shops buy in much bigger volumes allowing them to buy at lower prices per unit from the manufactures.
Well, Nvidia is selling the Founders Edition at £399.00. They sell it for $449.00 in the US which currently works out as more expensive at £409.09 (VAT Incl.).

£379.99 may be a good deal given the current state of prices, but I'm going to wait for something a bit closer to the prices Nvidia originally stated.

Edit: The prices Nvidia originally stated for the non-Founders editions.

Prices for non-Founders in the US are just as inflated over MSRP as they are in the UK.

We're only just starting to see third party cards fall below Founders prices, such as this. That's on either side of the pond. Really they should be at least £50 cheaper than Founders.
Would not be risking £400 on some mickey mouse brand. If you're considering this price bracket go EVGA.
Mickey Mouse brand? clearly have 0 clue what you are talking about
Deal itself is bad.
What's founders edition?
