99p in somerfield

Well there is no Somerfield where I live so next best thing and good for people who don't have a somerfield as well

is it because, the VAT has been removed?

Not very Innocent, were on the news a while back as the drinks are unhealthy, they contain 2x / 3x sugar and acid that Pepsi & Coke have.

I had something similar from M&S today, 40g of sugar in it, the recommended daily amount is 70g so that didn't leave much leeway for pudding! Nice though!

They're only rich in sugar because they contain 12 oranges! It's all naturally occurring sugar - hence why they're called 'innocent'.

There is always this argument - surely natural sugar is better processed by the body than processed sugar? Anything that comes out the ground is surley better for you than a coke. Not to say I don't like coke/pepsi.

Suagr is sugar at the end of the day, sugar from sugar cane is just as bad as natural sugar.

"Eeet is totally innocenttttt" - Fonejacker lol.

That's all I can think about! :w00t:

Everything comes out of the ground. There are no man-made elements. It's all always existed.

Good Post, bad product!

This isn't true.

Certain fruit juices are naturally high in sugar, the highest is grape juice. Pure grape juice has almost twice as much sugar as orange juice, but orange juice is exactly the same as Coke in calorie content. Most smoothies are about 20% sweeter than Coke, but at least they are not full of chemicals.

If you consume naturally occurring oils you are much healthier than if you consume artifically hardened fats, which harden the arteries.

A great many industrial processes alter natural products and make them more unhealthy and to a state that doesn't occur in nature.

Yeah know it's not the same one, but it's of the same juice!

:whistling:

All the best minerals and nutriants are in the skins of the fruits which they extract from the juice, so your left with a sickly syrupy sugar acid drink, just drink water instead and eat an Apple & Bannana, much better for you.
