Scirocco 2.0TSI 180ps GT Manual in White

I've been watching lease deals for years and years and have had several. This deal is incredible and I'd have taken it if I wasn't in the middle of a lease deal right now. White has become a cost option, rather than a default colour so it's rare that this is included in the price.

£2400 deposit
23 payments of £106.69

Total Cost = £4,853.87

Other payment options include 9 months, 6 months or 3 months deposit with the overall cost remaining the same for all payment profiles.

EDIT: Forgot to add, this is 5K per year mileage with 7.2p per mile excess mileage charge. That comes to about £30 a month extra for 10K per year mileage. This is the cheapest excess mileage charge and it is cheaper to pay the excess mileage than to get the car with 10k per year on the contract.

Worth mentioning it's 5k mileage allowance which is okay for people who enjoy looking at their cars instead of driving it.
Hot deal. I am also not able to take advantage just now, would have jumped at another time.

Not really. If you are retired, or someone who has no need to work, this is ideal. I do between 4-5K miles per year. Most mileage we do is driving to and from work, so no work means less miles, simples.

5k miles is fine, its almost 100 miles a week. Not everyone needs to commute across the country.
Plus £239 admin fee.
Even for higher mileage / lower deposit this is a bargain!
did they gonna give back that £2400 deposit after 2years?
That is a very
interesting deal...

If you get a lease direct from the manufacturer in this case VW, it's normally 3 months payment up front which is much more affordable. Also no administration fee.
Also you can still haggle with the price.
What car is great for searching for lease deals, find a couple of good deals and then get the 2 vw dealerships to battle for your business.
I currently lease directly with Citroen Glasgow, they give me 500 off my next lease and will match only other quotes I get.

Every time... literally EVERYTIME!
Is the excess mileage charge 7.2p for 5000 miles? Leasing companies usually increase it the more the allowance is exceeded by.

you pay insurance, fuel, and services but tax is included
Off topic but.. I've just been offered a lease deal through work, Fiesta Zetec 5 door, £149 a month, £149 deposit, 6k miles

Is that a good offer? No idea on that sort of thing

And possibly gap insurance, if you want to. You sometimes get breakdown cover included too.

Not bad, depends on the Zetec spec though, there are a few variants.

Edit: and the length of the lease.

Some do deals, I paid £129 or £149 to cover the service each year. You can also take out maintenance which will cover things should they need replacing.

Across the country? Assuming the normal 5 day a week working pattern you would need to live no more than 10 miles away from work and not do any other driving.

sometimes it works out cheaper to say 5k miles and pay excess on 3k miles rather than quoting for 8k upfront.
