I watched my friend do this and I think I lost a few 100 grams just by watching her

It's an awesome workout. Finnished this went onto focus T25 and 1 week away from completing Max Out 30, feel so much better for it.

Same, much easier to stick to as well. Can always find 25 minutes to fit one in.

I prefer t25 to insanity. I want to give max 30 a go after too. Is it a lot more intense?

Come on.... I spent a hell of a lot more than £45 to get the body I have now.....

Being Fat and Flaby is very exspensive.... and I 've got the T-shirt... You Fat B*stard

yo I'm backtothecaves and I'm gonna repeat myself.....annoying and pointless :-P

Insanity is very good, also difficult for any level of fitness. I do the odd workout from it now but focus more on weights, like my own workouts and body beast.

I'm agreeing with everyone here, I prefer T25 to insanity (max 30), but thats a really good price for it.

I started MAX30 after completing the beta of T25 and enjoyed it for a while. but it was like the difference to leisurely walk and sprinting a marathon. good fun though!

loved insanity and actually found Sean T motivational. doing Anarchy at the moment only half an hour so easier to fit in but not as difficult.

I wouldn't say intense, its very enjoyable... give it ago, its 30 minutes a day.

Prefer a pie and a bag of chips myself. Much cheaper and more satisfying.

KEEP BREATHING, ARE WE BREATHING?

I couldn't even finish the warm up :-(

Not sure about these sold "workouts"

Everyone is different, after a couple of months and change of routine is needed, as well as eating correctly and sleeping correctly, your age and so on.

I work at sea and this is how I stay fit.

£50? One torrent and four minutes later and I've saved myself £50!

That's a hot deal!

This is one of the very few workout videos I've found to be good. Very motivational and doesn't require any kit.

I've watched these DVDs many times over and lost no weight what so ever. I think they are trying to con you into moving about and doing silly squats in yogi pants. Ain't happening on my duty

Haha...bonus! Just sold mine on eBay for £75!!

These guys are absolute bullies, they have teams of people scouring ebay for second hand copies. They buy these, report that they are fakes and get refunded by eBay leaving the seller out of pocket - completely immoral and unethical, all to shutdown the 2nd hand market for insanity

The only thing insane about this deal is the £49.95 price tag......

Sean T.............yum, worth the price just to see him in action.

You reallly need to take advice on what excerises are are suitable for each individual before embarking on these kinds of routines. For example some one who is very overweight would best to go easy on excerises effecting the knees until they had lost some weight.
