My 5 year old son loves this though we watch it on Kodi, Still too expensive to buy.

Would probably give myself a heart attack just lifting the box of 10 DVDs.

Very repetitive. I'd YouTube it to get the idea and diy.

it is available for free just about everywhere, if you look....

Anyway I remember starting it and being totally out of breath and he went "right that was the warm up" with which I replied with the off button on my remote

You'd be better off buying either T25 or Insanity Max 30. Those workouts are also done by Shaun-T and are on average 30mins and a lot easier on the joints. This workout programme in particular is very time consuming, a workout expected once a day 6/7 days a week. With doubles on Saturdays. Workouts are about an hour approx with some almost an hour and a half. And like Aeschylus said, these workouts are available for 'free' if you look around. Save to a USB and you're sorted, better than lugging loads of discs around

whatever you do do not sell it on eBay. due to copyright infringements beach body own the product even though you bought it on DVD. you need permission off beachbody. eBay will suspend you from selling on there sight. happend to me

LDNM is a better workout IMO & they're RAPID with responses. no questions too stupid etc.

Does it include the t-shirt?

Maybe because you used pictures or wording taken from their site.
There are plenty on ebay for sale now.

I once used a manufacturer's description with pictures in the description and that was removed due to copyright, the manufacturer was also a seller on ebay which I didnt realise and they obviously didnt like it being copied as I was selling it cheaper than them but I was able to relist the product providing I used my own wording.

I tried it without paying any attention to the diet part and I did get excellent results but as I am timms says it's very tiring and time consuming. Not sustainable for a long time (for me anyway). Better to try one of the shorter programmes where you didn't groan before and after working out.
