If you haven't taken your kids to see this yet, it's fantastic. Found trailer annoying but the film is one of best kids films we've seen.
For me it's second best movie for children, right after The Human Centipede
Really

Wanted to slit my wrists after watching this

My daughter also burst into tears and she's 13

Did not enjoy it

I agree your comment - we regret seeing this depressing film. Heat added for the cheap tickets to see this critically acclaimed film, though it's not suitable for everyone - IMDB "Overall, the movie is very emotionally intense and definitely deserves its 'PG' rating". The trailers are misleading - the funny trailers are only the first minutes of the film - it soon turns sad and unhappy...
I really recommend Strange Magic! One of the best feel good films we've watched for ages! So good me and my 4 year old watched twice! Shame it wasn't promoted more!
Great price, but one of the worst kids films I have seen. Felt like it went on for hours and was never going to end. The kids also got bored and wanted to leave.
I'm surprised at its praise on IMDB i like Pixar films but i definitely agree with the negative comments here it's probably the worse Pixar film I've viewed, as said trailers make it out as bit fun but it's a depressing movie i found, family moves home and it's based around her thoughts being feeling down and missing her old friends... Not exactly fun kids film
I found this movie pretty boring and over hyped.
It was a cool concept but just meh throughout.

I prefer things like Up, wall-e and Big hero 6, which I feel are way better.
Echo previous comments. Hot for Price but freezing Cold for Film itself.
What a lovely community we have here. Over 130,000 IMDB users rated this movie at 8.5 of 10 and it looks like one or two max from HUKD users.
I quite enjoyed this animation as it was something new, explained to the kids how important emotional balance is and it will definitely be in my Top 5 animations for a while.

There is more than 400 external reviews if you don't trust IMDB ones from over 500 users. Don't just read those here and skip the movie, please.

Was planning to watch a "dubious" copy of this with the kids on Saturday night.... May change that plan and take them to see it properly.
It's showing up full price for me still

Opinion, each to their own.

Some will find it great, others won't. It's something to check out if you like Pixar, but it felt less like the standard Pixar films and it just didn't grab my attention. Plus sadness annoyed the f**k out of me. >
Just booked, thank you for the heads up!!!
I hate to weigh in here, as it's a good deal so I shouldn't be commenting on the content but I think I need to reiterate the warnings above. The film is great, certainly one of the Pixar's best but if you take kids make sure they are mature enough (same for the parents). I'd say over 10 at least (same for the parents.. ummm what?).

I don't think Disney have done Pixar any favours by selling the characters to Sky for advertising purposes. It isn't a happy-clappy-family brand you'd use like that. It's like using Last Tango in Paris to sell butter.
Not in my cinema went only for this deal but got there and got looked at stupid. oO

This isn't one of the "Tesco-in-store" deals with people complaining about wasted time. You're actually able to check the deal online before you go. http://www1.cineworld.co.uk/films/inside-out

Looking at the day/ time you posted this response, did you by any chance go on Friday?
I presume you checked the days in the OP's listing and noticed Friday isn't in the list of days it's being shown on? Might explain the funny looks, if so.
It was also a Cineworld cinema and not another chain, as per the OP's description?
No it was weds x
Yes yes I checked online oh well

I don't understand now. Are you sure you checked online the same cinema you later went to?

I went Sunday with my son to watch this, I was hoping to get some shut eye, but that didn't happen! I really enjoyed it, great film.
