Great price for this I believe. PLEASE NOTE: You can purchase the 1080p version for a lower price if you have concerns about a 4K screen and the battery.

Also, you can't direct link to the pages on this site, so have linked through to the Inspiron section. Filter down by resolution.

I checked these out in Currys and they look and feel extremely premium with their aluminium casing.

You also get a pen included which has a handy slot above the keyboard.

Another great thing is that they have Thunderbolt, full HDMI, USB 3.1, as well as a Micro SD.

You get a hell of a lot for the price.

The screen is not as good as an XPS or Spectre, but they are also half the price.

Great spec for the price.
Cold, I have one of these, I opened the lid to flip around to turn it into tablet mode on the 3rd or 4th day and the screen cracked with just normal pressure to the back of the case. dell refused to repair or replace it under warranty. Cost me almost £200 to fix. Poor flimsy housing around the screen.
How long does the battery last?
Refurbished 13” with i7-10510u processor for £743.04??? seriously guys!

Ah ok got confused by grey picture and specs showing 'UK/Irish Qwerty Backlit Grey Keyboard' - thought I was looking at a different laptop.

what about the 14" ones, they come with dedicated graphics card, are these same build quality as 13"?

care to elaborate? I've bought laptops from the outlet for years and never had a problem. also the few times I have had a problem with the laptop later the support has been excellent
Got and dent and scratch from dell outlet that is virtually brand new. After sales service is also good, as I had to return a faulty unit once after 18-months. I would not want a 4k screen as it uses too much battery, but this a decent price.

Dell support excellent? I find it hard to believe. They can barely speak English and follow a script that's only aimed at screwing the customer over.

Well believe it, in my experience they have been polite, helpful and sorted any problems I have had. If anyone needs help with their English, based on your previous message, it's you.
