That is one hell of an incline!
We bought a Nordic Track machine from Fitness Superstore last year - NEVER AGAIN will I use either company. Loads of issues, terrible customer service from both. We ended up having a replacement machine sent out FINALLY after contacting Trading Standards. When it arrived the motor was burnt out!! It was not fit for purpose and neither were either company

Fitness superstore was terrible when the massive dumbbell set I bought last year was delivered to a neighbor (there fault) she is 80 years old and was told they could be left with her . Idiots
To counter a few of the comments I bought a second hand Nordic track 12 years ago. Used it as a clothes rail for 10 years and sold it 2 years ago. Still going strong, excellent bit of kit. Probably best part of 20 years old now. 20 kph is worth it if you're serious about running.
