My favourite game ever, bought them all with preorders and bought all DLCs too, at this price i would buy it again (if only it had any sense).

If you've never played it, I'd say it's not necessary to worry about DLC. What you might have to worry more about, is how clunky and inaccessible the first game can be. It will take you a while to get used to the combat etc if you're used to games more modern that flow well. Truly brilliant series of games though start to finish though, with or without the DLC.

Great price for these, will always vote these game hot at this kind of money. so much replay value as for the DLC, now Origin have bundled them into packs it does work out cheaper then before and the DLC was also half price around Christmas, so nowhere near as bad as it was before. and if you enjoy these game I think they are worth it. A quick tip if you do want to get the dlc, sign up for one months Origin access. get your 10% discount on the packs and play a few free games for the month too.

I've played them all. The only DLC I would recommend would be Lair of the Shadow Broker for ME2 and Citadel for ME3. Neither of them are particularly amazing but at least they do try something different. Honestly I wouldn't bother with the DLC as its really just more of the same. I also absolutely agree with the comment over the price. I wouldn't buy the DLC on principle. Also don't forget that there is free DLC available.

>Never played these before, is the dlc really necessary? I didn't have DLC the first time around. You definitely don't 'need' any of it. Some it acts as linkers between the games - Arrival explains the setup of ME3 which I felt I missed and Lair of the Shadow Broker explains what happens to one of the main characters. From Ashes, and arguably Leviathan are very important story-lore wise, but you could just read up on them. Everyone loves Citadel as well but it's feels like badly written fan fiction to me and sits oddly time wise - some people like it as the real ending/farwell, but it's supposed to fit in before the final fight.

Seems like the general opinion is against that.

I guess cos it's garbage.

Not a bad price but its one of the most glitch ridden games I have ever played. Items you do will glitch through a locked door so you can't get to it. Running into a cardboard box can throw you across the entire map. Both myself and my son stopped playing it because it was so bad. Heat added for the price though.

I think it might be, because the game is on xbox game pass. Play Anywhere too, meaning PC. But this is £7.99/month and you never really own it. So I'm unsure why this is cold. This website really is strange at times.

can peopel cilckign cold advise where its cheaper? Looks like a fun game too

Such a good game

I don't know if it's a good deal, but defo a pretty good game.

This is a great game with a load of 'one more go' replayability. Easy to pick up and you feel unstoppable when you get that perfect combo of gear. There's some dlc on the way too apparently.

Can i use this towards my ps plus subscription?

I've personally never had a problem and used them for years. But thanks for the heads up anyway.

A number of people have had Paypal reject their claim for this, unfortunately i bought the code 160 day ago, over the time paypal support a claim.

I can't imagine that excuse would wash if you paid via PayPal.

Yea I have, much prefer current and upcoming deals over past ones, found they are much more useful to all. :)

Really good game. A Dark Souls vibe game with a Japanese twist and in my book a better story and combat options. Price better then it was on Steam winter sale definitely worth the buy if you are into games in a Dark Souls style. Heat man!

Amazing game but why the silly stat system?????????? Why!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ffs so stupid. Also silly end game loot change. Overall worth although i did pay 20 on release which is insane value ha thought it be cheapee by now

Oh no they’re on display and tbf I keep them dust free. She has given up on me lol. I’ve got the shelves setup in a corner for myself. On a serious note, my ultimate goal is to have a (almost) complete collection of PS4 games. That’s been my motivation since 5 years ago and that why I’ve been looking for deals etc... weird, I know.

Oh dear, oh dear (annoyed) that's quite a collection of dust there, mixi (shock) what's the missus think? Or are they hidden away so she can't see the huge pile :D

Not really, I only buy to not play. :D have 950 PS4 games collecting dust and have tried only 250 of them in 5 years. :D

Close to my £15 give it a try biting point (y)

Bought this back when it came out and never had any issues with crashing, enjoyed the game and completed it but I will agree the story wasn't the greatest.

Not too bad a game says the reviewer, but unstable: 'Played the entirety of it and quite enjoyed it, there's a lot to like about the medieval setting, quest design and the punishing combat system', though 'it never seemed to become stable enough for extended periods of gameplay', crashing hourly. Even more patches since the reviewer played it.

Played as much as I could out of this game, don't even think it's worth a price as low as this. Very buggy, long winded and quite uninteresting story, generic characters, average graphics and very poor animation. Only stand out thing is the combat, which is rewarding once you master it (or what there is to master) but then nothing follows. Not a recommendation from me, just play the Witcher 3.

Great price although I am continually disappointed how buggy this version is ,especially as Microsoft own mojang now and there are more bugs than the old version . Had it crash multiple times and loads of disconnecting issues when playing with my son (on a separate Xbox) also once loaded my game to find myself at cloud lvl and falling which caused me to loose my entire inventory as when dead it teleported me back to my bed

Worth it :) I assume that is the GOTY version with all DLC, which are sold on the Xbox store for about £5 each so £12 for all of them plus base game is worth it. Or, if you just want the base game, you could buy Fallout 4 for Xbox One, which comes with a free code for FO3 (which I believe is still redeemable).

Stupidly good value. Obviously folks know about needing the GFWL.EXE to make it launch nicely but anyone having video stuttering issues with a respectable GPU should read this page. I started it over again a couple of months back to celebrate its 10th birthday and it looked worse than I remember it looking on the 360, then I found this fix and now it’s silky smooth.

For the record I have a physical copy of the game and it works fine in windows 10

Had to download the old gfwl for windows 8 to get this working on windows 10

That's the version that unequivocally works on Windows 10. Others will need mods and may not work at all. It's the only version I'd consider.

Hi If that new thread is 4 weeks + after the original then that is fine but if under 4 weeks we'd spam it as a duplicate (if spotted by a Mod or reported by a member).

Yes, such a small % price drop wouldn't warrant a new thread. Thanks @matwalaboy I've merged yours into the original

Not contesting it either ways mate - just saying that I have seen new deals posted for even 1-2p lower prices :)

"Cheaper then what it was a few weeks back ( thanks to @thewrecker7477 for posting)." It's 18p cheaper, is this not a dupe? :/
