I saw a BBC article/advert on how amazing these were and instantly bought one.

Hope it's actually worth it. Honest question people, it's my wife's birthday on Mothers' Day and I got her this. Is she going to be happy or want to kill me???

I bought one from costco about a year and a half ago, use it regularly for vegetables and did the Turkey Crown in it last xmas. I've sterilised mason jars and made yoghurt in it too. Very good piece of kit.
We all know how independent the BBC are oO
That said, for this label heat but there are similar for an awful lot less, aldi versions are £39,99
Got my wife the Pressure King Pro (Very similar) for Christmas. Never heard the flipping last of it, fortunately I did get her a few other more personal items also.

So my take would be yes, I think it's a good idea, but maybe back it up with something else, that's maybe not a domestic appliance.

I bought the tower one last year for £59 and use it virtually everyday. They save a lot of cooking time and would highly recommend them.
