Cheapest it's ever been according to camelcamelcamel - usually around £100 lately. Reviews generally seem good.

Good price picked up Aldi brand one for £25 the other day in my local... may be worth a trip if it's not about this specific one

I nearly pulled the trigger on the Lux model for £80 but really glad I waited now. Cheers

Got this a few months back for £85 from Amazon. Still new. I wish I had waited.

Absolutely a fab deal!! I have the earlier version and I use it literally every day. Wish I had space in the kitchen for this one.

Does this have any benefit over a normal pressure cooker (which is 1/3 of the price and will not break down)? It seems like one of those things which I am about to buy which I have no need for or will end up using...

bloody amazing, use it all the time, well worth the £120 I paid.

It's programmable, depending upon what kind of hob you have it's probably more energy efficient. It regulates it's pressure and temperature to be consistent.

Had one of these for about 6 month, I use the pressure cooker, saute and slow cooker features all the time.

It's very handy to be able to fry your meat/veg right there in the pot with saute before enabling the pressure or slow cooker. Then when done you can use the saute to get rid of excess liquid.

I would suggest you get the glass lid for it though (£12.99), it's a must have imo.

Excellent deal, thanks OP:)

"It's not a bargain if you wouldn't pay the full price" I've paid £99 for this a month ago and I would buy again in a heart beat, very well built, silent, energy efficient, fastest pressure cooker I've ever had, at £ 69 this really is a good deal, thanks for sharing

Great product. Cheapest I've seen.

Yes, it's practically silent.

I bought this in last year's black friday sale and can highly recommend it.

How does this compare to something like a Crock-Pot? I am getting bored of my Tefal OptiGrill and was looking at a slow cooker to mix up my meals. Never heard of the Instant Pot but does seem to offer plenty of varied options for meal time.

Mine takes about 10-15mina to build up pressure and trigger the countdown timer. Is that normal as everything else appears to be working as expected.

It depends what's in the pot. Don't forget it has to heat all the food to 100C+ as well as the water. So a pot full of potatoes will take a lot longer than a single egg, even though the same amount of water is used.

If anyone bought one and needs a glass lid for the slow cooker function Amazon have just reduced the price to £12.99

Hi nextofkim
The deal was posted on an instant pot Facebook group (yes they do really exists! Facebook groups for everything nowadays!). I can't find the post now so unfortunately can't confirm which store/s it was at.
A few weeks back aldi did have one in store

Looks very similar to the instant pot.
Keep your eyes open there seems to be a rise in popularity of these multi cooker pots, all very similar under different guises. Hope you find one soon
