We got the older version of this last year when it was on offer for the same price. Wouldn't be without it and every thing tastes much better than when cooked in the slow cooker (given ours away). If you like to use a slow cooker as you can put it on before work and it's ready when you come home you can still do similar with this. Just prepare your veg and stick it in a tupperware in the fridge and set this going when you get home. Most things are ready within an hour , !0 min warming up/ 40 min cook / 10 min depressurise . Brisket joint takes about 70 minutes cooking time , cook with a full onion and a couple of carrots. Remove the joint and blitz the gravy with a hand blender - best gravy I've ever tasted and no need to add flour to thicken.

Bought one of these from Argos for £10 more and the 3L one, it was for a wedding present, first time I have heard of it, wife now wanted it after seeing what it can do, so this has come at right time to reduce energy bills.
